I can definitely see why he would tear up, he's literally playing as Aventurine, I would be tearing up if I was voicing a character that has a sad lore like this.
this reminds me of those clips in HI3 of one of the CN VAs saying "None of this arc can hurt me, I already know everything for voicing in it(cast as the primary villain of that whole arc)." and then when the livestream came of her watching that part of the story she bawled her eyes out for a whole chapter.
VA enhanced the story so much, the live delivery is what sell the story for me. Aventurine VA did a spectacular job and all the supporting cast throughout the story.
I can't believe he knows Code Geass because I SWEAR that's Kallen's VA. I can't think of any other VA who has that dramatic inflection and breathiness in her voice.❤
That one chatter who's like "I know you're sad about a fictional character but remember it's representative of real~ world~ things~!" SHUT. UP. Some people literally cannot let anyone enjoy ANYTHING without dragging their pet obsessions into it.
@@Aiden-iy9du It's basically trying to drag people out of the game and their feelings for a fictional character into the real world mire and muck. Imagine you try to watch something where someone is starving and a person goes "I know you're enjoying this, but remember that there are REAL children starving in the world RIGHT NOW." It's basically saying you can't enjoy your fiction because bad things are happening in the world and/or that you need to spare some thought to real world things even while actively playing a game to escape from the real world. It's tasteless.
Aven’s story hurt so bad bro, I rarely cry (last time I cried before this was 2 years ago) but I sobbed so hard the veins on my forehead were visible 😭😭 by the end of the quest I was a total mess
Y'know, As someone who had a different opinion on Aventurine before, But now looking up to his lore, I do have a bits of pity towards him, I know it may sound cringe to say that to a fictional character, but either way.. Aventurine was definitely a great character in the story.
I do not believe that is cringe or something to be considered strange. No matter if real or fictional, it simply shows that you're human and that your sympathy is in a good place :)
I teared up too which was surprising since I didn’t like Adventurine in the beginning. His character after 2.1 really changed my perspective on him so freaking much as well as penacony as a whole.
Not gonna lie... I broke down too when i found out through the bits and pieces. To the point that I actually sobbed whenever my friend brought up his lore. It took me a while until i could go to sleep, because its that painful for me to remember it. Camden, dude, I just wanna let you know that you're not alone when you tear up for Aventurine. Thank you for your performance.
Been through a lot of sadness in my short 26 years of life but 2.1 literally broke me as much as when my friend and favorite athlete passed away in a tragic accident almost 9 years ago
Loved the video @Himekocchi! Can't wait for the next video! I had a Feeling that Aventurine's Birth name was Kakavasha, especially when they both have Blonde Hair and similar Hairstyles. So, Aventurine has a Sad and Bittersweet Past, one that would not only make the Good Memokeeper from the Garden of Recollection but also Aventurine's own English VA Weep, even if it's just the Slightest of Tears.
Lol, me on 2 counts. 1. When watching Everlasting Flames (Even though it only happened once) 2. When seeing Lumine cry in the Genshin animated short (Or rather, my emotional numbness stopped me)
I don't know how to explain it but, when I get to see about Aventurine's past. I felt bad for not feeling bad for him. Idk why I can't. I was just like: "oohh that's why he's the way he is" (I'm lacking empathy so HARD oh holypineapples)
we don't even know where the fk that is lmao. more than 99% of the world's context beyond names that we've never heard, they shove this stuff up your face and be like, "here's something sad, cry", for how many times already?
media literacy is at an all time low. have you never read a book before to know that context clues exist? and for a character’s backstory, all we need to know is a short summary of what happened (not EVERYTHING that happened) that has made them who they are. and if you’re so curious about the nitty gritty details about the lore go read the damn readables that you get throughout the campaign, lol.
They specifically insert IPC news broadcasts that give you the context of the planet being a wartorn hellscape where people are constantly dying, were you just not paying attention?
Sympathy actually grows with limiting details due to being forced to fill in the gaps. Hell, due to the ambiguity, so many more people could relate. Did you feel the same way about Acheron's story too?
We don't need 99% of the world's context because we can draw conclusions on our own, unless you're a child with no life experience lmao. Be it inspired or uninspired, quite literally a majority of quests in the game draw from real world events, and many can find their own plights in the stories just from a glimpse of the surface. You can dismiss it as lazy because uh, illiterate, but if the majority find something in it, that's something impressive in of itself.
@@wallow4210 that's not how that works. you could tell whoever wrote hsr had a mental of a 12 year old kid who's delusional enough to cook up and a bunch bs together when the majority of them doesn't even make sense. luofu "war bad" - yukong story and jjingliu. same sht here. I already gave up when "death" doesn't even kill anybody. fking trailblazer cried like crazy, acheron overreacting to firefly's death. But nobody dies when they encountered "death" in hsr story. you can literally find that out yourself since even the npc had faced it before but apart from disappearing for a few days, they came back alive in the real world. so let me ask me, death baiting and pretending to have character die randomly, just how old do you have to be to twist this much common sense to cover their bad writing?

Camden is a huge anime fan actually. In one of his earlier streams he showed his huge anime stash too!
I READ KALLEN AS KAVEH HEEEEEELP
I wasn't going to pull him at first, but his story just sold me, and the fact that I'm building Dr.Ratio now is the more reason to pull him.
They had such surprisingly good chemistry.
ayy same, literally building ratio just because of aventurine
@@justinadams7824 yes! They could work great as friends lol
Pls, i was holding tears back AND CAMDEN'S REACTION JUST MADE ME START SOBBING 😭

Protect kakavasha at all costs
Shaoji getting threats in the stream chat is so hilarious 🤣

My dr ratio has a reason to be built for aventurine now..I’m getting him just because of the story,he’s indeed pleasing as he’s cocky
