they have some restrictions but this is essentially him voicing a quote that the character canonically said, so its no problem

So glad hoyo has learned that male characters sell. Edit: Since people seem to be allergic to reading replies *BEFORE* responding, No. I am NOT saying that I think they *just* learned this. This is in response to early on in development for things like hi3 and the early days of genshin when they seemed a lot more reluctant to not focus so much on waifus. And yes. I AM aware of "the romance game" that they also develop. It's called Tears of Themis. I'm literally part of the batch of players that have been playing it since launch and am part of the pre-registration crowd. This game was released after those early days of genshin.
Also love how Sam literally talked about how she and Emily were talking about making a tierlist for the hardest working button in HSR.

It's crazy how Hoyo could be dished out hot men sooner in their games. The only reason they didn't before was because the Honkai 3rd impact Chinese fanbase were like eeww Y chromosomes. So glad we no longer have to suffer because of them

She doesn't hate him, it's only an EN miss direction check it out in Chinese she sounds way different and more friendly towards him
I do enjoy the fact that so much of the voice cast are friends. The fact the voice actors have this little community where they all really love the product is, I think, one of the reasons why the EN cast put him such an incredibly good performance in this game.
