I had the same problem for a long time, I couldn't solve it until yesterday, I updated my PC drivers and in the settings I put an exclusive full screen option, that somehow I managed to get it to work. It could also be because there are many applications in the background when I entered the task manager my RAM was between 30% usage I managed to get it down to 20 before starting the game and it also helped that's what worked for me (I translated this with Google so I don't know if it's right)

Add 8gb stick, that's 16gb total and 16gb page file works flawless. For reference I have i3 10th gen with rx 6600, 8gb used to max out my cpu and crashes and framerate was always below 40. Now I added 8gb more and is locked 60 even in fights.
Bro upgrade your ram, you can get FPS Boost with 16GB Ram, much better if its dual channel 8x2
