I have a one year old boy and I work full-time outside of the home 30-45 minutes from home (depending on traffic). The crockpot helps so much. I love it too on my one work from home day because I can put something on at breakfast or lunch for our dinner. It makes me feel like an accomplished mom & girlfriend LOL!

I've make crockpot chicken fajitas before and I served it with tortillas and rice & beans, but I've never thought to create nachos with it! Yummy! Thanks for the idea! I actually fry my onions and meat at the same time! I think they cook the same amount of time. But I guess it won't hurt to cook meat longer, but I am always in a hurry to finish cooking so I just do it together :D! But all the meals look so amazing! Need to try them!

I've never been a huge fan of pasta, but that chicken mozzarella dish might make me change my mind. We're also quite partial to cheese in our family, and our picky daughter especially so, so that doesn't hurt either. These recipes look delicious, thanks for the ideas. :)
I love your cooking videos even if I don’t make what your making you have given me so many ideas I own a ninja crockpot and I can cooking things like ground meat before slow cooking I highly recommend the ninja crock pot
Love this! Also, your kitchen is beautiful, but have you ever considered adding under-cabinet lighting at all? Obviously, not a necessity, but it would give you so much more light while you work at your counters, as well as add warmth to your pretty space!
So excited to make some of these! I love making homemade chicken vegetable soup. I also make a chicken fajita soup that is so almost identical to your enchilada soup. It is to die for.

I'm sure you already do this but put your veggie scraps in a bag and freeze them, then every time you have more just take the bag out, add them, and then when it's full, make chicken or veggie stock (: love you
