Good video, can’t believe the debris inside that engine, as bad as it gets. Will be a good tractor.

Good day Boy o boy that was something inside! I guess buying a tractor that is seized is better than buying 1 running. Get it cheaper & you know what to do. What was that in the last cylinder? Thanks

Hey Don yeah it was a mess. Like you said buy one cheap that’s not running sometimes is better but then again if you have multiple problems it may cost you more. I’m not sure what was inside it but it sure was nasty.

I mess up the other day and piece of a file broke off into the spark plug hole on #1, will taking all that apart let me get at it? I've about got it all pulled apart but I cant get the head to budge to lift it off

Hey it might have been easier to use a magnet to get that piece out before pulling off the head. If all ur bolts and rockers are off then it should come off there.

Where do you get parts for a 60 year old tractor that was made by a company that went out of business in 1985?

Rob, there are tons of parts for these tractors available. Some new, used and some aftermarket, but rarely have any issues finding anything.

That's an astonishing amount of crud inside the cylinders, perhaps at some point the mice built in an air cleaner pipe and they had tried to start it without any filter in place.

Yeah never thought of that. It kinda looked like insulation to me. May end up doing an engine swap we will see.

Inside those cylinders is just nasty.
