The pinnacle of Kalavantin is considered as an adventurous climb and similarly, Irshalgad is also a beautiful pinnacle. However, the trail from Prabalgad to Irshalgad is not in good condition as people have stopped using it.

Have been to Irshalgad multiple times. The villagers shown in the video providing water to you guys are pretty humble and courteous. Sad to say that the village got partly destroyed in Aug 23 rains. Huge loss to cattle and human life.

I along with one of my friends did this range trek in May 2023. On first day, we climbed Kalavantin and went to Prabhalgad and setup our camp on the Kala Buruj of Prabalgad. On the next day, when we left for Irshalgad, we lost r way in the deep jungles as the trail for Irshalgad from Prabhalgad is not marked. Do not blindly follow the markings on the trail as these markings are for a different route which encircles Prabhalgad and ends at the base of Kalavantin. We did this mistake and ended up reaching back at the base of Kalavantin after around 10 hrs of hiking and covering approx 30 kms in scorching sun. We were good on r water supplies as we had refilled r bottles at the water tank on the Kala buruj of Prabhalgad. Better to take any local guide or planning your route well in advance as this trail is often secluded with little to no trekkers or villagers around.
