Same look of astonishment as when he tried Gordons Lemon Pizza.
At first thought I thought so too, but then upon further inspection, you see Gino stick his finger in the second container from the left. The shot gets cut to Gino being on Gordon's left instead of in front of him and then Gordon says Poblano. Gino looks and says yes, but if you pause you'll see that he's looking, from what it seems to be, at least the third container rather than the second and thus being fake.
