  • In part 2 of 2 of our discussion on understanding and treating progressive joint instability, our former patient, Terry, talks with Dr. Hauser about his experience with Prolotherapy decades ago for his knee and neck. Thank you, Terry, for the work you do with the community and for sharing your story. We wish you all the best in continued great health!

    I feel like my neck is pushing into to my throat. Feels like somebody is strangling me. Me doc says it's anxiety. It's funny how doctors are allowed to just give an Incorrect diagnosis. I feel like I want to sue my doctor. It's been 2 years now and they still don't know what's wrong with me. SO MUCH TECHNOLOGY AND MEDICAL ADVANCEMENT EXISTS BUT MOST DOCTORS ARE STILL STUDYING TEXT BOOK BIBLES THAT ARE DECADES OUT OF DATE!!!

      @@klikkerTV Yeah so many possible things over a period of 2 years and I'm still waiting on a correct diagnosis..... Funny thing is, I had a root canal treatment and the dentist was from Thailand practicing in the UK...... she injected me, I still felt pain and so she kept injecting me a total of 9 times at which point I said I couldn't feel any pain now even though I still could and just let her carry on with the root canal and get it over with but later had to have it took out at a different dentists coz it became infected.... I think she did some nerve damage though. Then I had a fall shortly after, so not sure either way what triggered it all but it's mainly my left trunk side all the way down from my head, neck, chest, ribs, hips and pelvis then going down my left leg to my foot and I get sometimes palpitations but it's more on my left side of my body that is affected.

      When they don’t know it helps them to say anxiety. Unfortunately in these situations anxiety likes to join the party.

    Question ? If ..jaw position effects c1 c2 then in patients w some types of mental illness likeFor example hearing auditiory Hallucinations When they take the medicine like risperdone it seems to maybe raise or change intercrainial pressure by relaxing the jaw muscle to drop forward and reposition c1 c2 so either vertibral artery flow or csf flow becomes less restricted by chiari or stenosis relieving pressure on inner ear etc relieving symptoms Temporarily Until medicine wears off It seems these a lot of these patients have head drop and so they are continually getting worse and not better not better Could prolotherapy somehow somehow reverseThe disease andOr slow the progressionIt seems there is a relationship between autism schizophrenia And chiari and neck hind brain injury maybe the jaw and the v crainial nerve maybe bruxism is a Symptom Like the auditory noises If a visual field defect can come from Lack of pressure then maybe maybe a is a visual hallucination can come from Lack of circulation And too much or too little pressure ??I think prolotherapy has A lot of uses

    What if you already have arthritis?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Enid, Good question. Prolotherapy is used for arthritis. Of course, with any type of treatment, that is between you and your doctor to evaluate which options are ideal for you. Most of the patients we see here for Prolotherapy are already developing arthritis or have even already developed severe arthritis. Terry's case was an interesting combo of wanting treatment to avoid progressive degeneration in the knee as well as already having degenerative issues happening in his neck. Our patient experience playlist has other patients with various types of injuries and levels of joint degeneration, including those who were at the point of being recommended a joint replacement, if you wanted to hear some more of those directly: th-cam.com/video/EamrEJ57BR4/w-d-xo.html
      Wish you all the best in health!

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy

      Chuck - type in prp injection and your city/town...most physicians doing prolotherapy/regenerative medicine, use platelet rich plasma for tendon tears.

    Is cervical instability deadly?

    • @anythinggoes5574
      @anythinggoes5574 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No lol. The only way it's deadly is if you have SEVERE craniocervical instability. Youd essentially be unable to move out of bed at that point though. Alternatively if you do have it, youd be unable to take brute force against your body like many healthy people would.
