My dad used to take us to spot at CLE in the 60's along Brookpark road... DC7's, 707's, Constellations, Caravelle, those were the days. We went for a promotional flight on a newly introduced 727. I was hooked!
I believe it! I bet that would have been neat. Back when planes and airlines looked so much different. Who would have thought 737s would cover most of those routes

What was that weird loud screeching electronic noiselectronic noise at the beginning of the video?
I think it was my scanner picking up trucks on I-71 so I had to block out those channels.
Why do they turn the inboard lights on
Probably just more visibility.
