Great tutorial, thank a lot, but i can't make this reverb sound great on my kicks. I personally use a bit longer release on the envelope shaper directly from serum. Or if I have a big resonance I work alone

If I need a kick in a certain Key to match my song do I just boost the Fequencies that would match the key or how do I make sure I get my Kick to be in Key with the rest of my track?
Its actually amazing that you dont personally listen to Rawtempo and/or Uptempo! ^^ Like not at all or very little? And what about (Xtra) Raw? :D And what do you listen to instead?
Bin gerade etwas dumm, womit muss man die roten Linien verbinden ? Hab jetzt beim TG für oben links die Inputs genommen. Also Input Parameter und Input L und der 2te Input R. Beim Soft Cliper hab ich Rechtsklick beim Post und aktivieren gedrückt und dann das Kabel damit verbunden für den Level Output. Ist das so richtig ?
Die Roten linien sind für die drehregler im interface. Level Input geht in die jeweiligen gleichnamigen funktionen im TG und level output regelt den post vom clipper
@DrDonk Ja danke !! Habs auch richtig eingestellt, konnte man in ein deiner anderen Vids sehen wie du es gelinkt hast. Sind die Kicks eigentlich direkt Rdy to use, oder muss man danach noch die Kicks so bearbeiten ??

Kommt immer ganz auf die decay und size settings vom reverb an. Wenn der Nachhall zu lang is, Versuch den decay kürzer zu machen oder den mix runter zu stellen. Der reverb is auch kein muss und bringt nur mehr Stereoinformation in die kick aber verändert sie nicht
@@DrDonk Nen richtiges Beispiel finde ich gerade nicht, aber du kennst es bestimmt aus nem Club, wenn du so nen richtig geilen pulsierenden Mittensound hast, wo weder die Höhen noch die Bässe drücken, sondern so nen richtig schönes MidGewitter auf dich einprasselt! Sry kann's nicht besser beschreiben...

Yeah the reverb is a bit tricky sometimes, but it's not necessary for the kick itself 👌🏻

Yess, in Fabfilter Pro Q 2 or above you can activate a keyboard at the bottom to see what frequency matches what key :D

TG12345 is a plugin by waves. The TG distortion is a patcher preset I made myself. I think I talk about it in an older video somewhere

I only listen to electronic music when I'm at festivals or in clubs. Otherwise I listen to Pop-Punk and Emo but mostly Podcasts 😂

That would mean a loss in quality. NEVER work in mp3 files when producing music if you have the opportunity. WAV files are uncompressed, MP3 is not
Richtig geil! Mich würde gern mal ein Tutrorial sehen, wo du nen richtiges MID-Geschredder machst! Wenig Bass, wenig Höhen, nur Midsound ;)

I mapped a big knob to the input volume on tg12345 and a slider for overall volume to the softclipper
