It shows the tempo in serato sample by the way. I’m sure he probably knows that but for anyone that doesn’t know , it shows the tempo of the sample that you input into serato
These can help: - Serato shows the tempo if u remove the sync button on bpm part - If u go to the detailed settings of plugin in fl studio. Go to the miscellaneous functions and set the root note to c6. u can use the buttons z x c exc. on keyboard and make chops easily!!!
I haven’t watched the vid but no one seems to explain how they manipulate their samples to other bpms. For example the bass snippet used in like that is originally at 174 or sum but is slowed to 162. His is still on tempo but when I do it it’s off
I set the tempo of FL to the tempo of the sample. I turn the trim knob all the way up so the sample starts immediately, then I hit "stretch" or "stretch pro" and then you're able to change your session bpm and the sample will adjust to it
how do you keept it in 4 or 8 bars when making your own chops, i have trouble keeping chops on the grid, especially when i dont want to chop the sample if it already sounds perfect
This was dope bro, quesition, whenever I use slicer for some reason the chops only play for like a second how do I change this? I’m not sure cos I was using the serato sample free trial lmao
Honestly, it depends. Sometimes you can purchase the rights upfront. However, for samples like these where you sample an existing song, typically you sort out details when publishing the finished song

Serato Sample already has the Bpm of the Sample underneath the name.
For me it automatically sets it to the project bpm
Edit: nvm it is the tempo of the original sample

Serato also gives you the tempo I thought
It does, I just didn’t know when I made the video
Dope....no stems update on your serato sample??
Nah, Haven’t updated in a while

Is it important to adjust your drums root note?
preciate it bro, how your audio clips look like that…?!
Go to the options tab on the top and select "General Settings" in this section there should be an option to enable/disable Colorful waveforms.
This was dope bro, quesition, whenever I use slicer for some reason the chops only play for like a second how do I change this? I’m not sure cos I was using the serato sample free trial lmao
To my knowledge fruity slicer only plays the designated chop and cuts off after that.
If it has link slices on turn it off (idk i use ableton and akai)
Change the bars at the top on the right of fruity slicer to 8 or 4 bars. Then slice to beat.
how do you know the root note of your 808?
The original key of the sample was in A minor. He pitched it up by 6. That changed the key of the sample to Dminor
Do you pay for the license on the sample you use? Please, what is the process.

@@BeatsbyTej Oh I see.
