So many FAILS! Don't give up! The smallest changes have a huge impact!

Welcome! Thank you for being here, I appreciate your time and hope you learn something from my videos. In this quick video, I wanted to share the process of creating the bloom I'd dreamed up after seeing Lisa Marvin Art create a lovely bloom in a similar palette for her patreon group challenge video. I believe there were a total of 8 tries with her palette then another 7 or 8 with my own. Each one failed for one reason or another but the one's in this video failed for a number of reasons, mostly that my mouth just couldn't get it together and do what my brain was telling it to do that day. I finally admit defeat and get out my little wazer kids blow dryer I bought on amazon.com. As you can see, that worked out much better and for larger blooms (this one in 12x12), I need to stick with the blow dryer. The final successful bloom made me very happy and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
As always, for blooms, these are my products and recipes:
My pillow in PPG MultiPro pure white purchased at Home Depot
My bloom paints are mixed with one part gloss varnish and 2 parts Glidden Premium untinted base 3 with a little water to thin. Pigments are mixed the same except I add them to the varnish to dissolve them, then add the untinted based then water to thin. It's always a little thick so water is always needed.
My cell activator for this video is 1 part paint to 3 parts Australian Floetrol. Gold paint is the hardest to get the right consistency so I often add a bit more floetrol to get there.
Colors listed in video are amsterdam light gold, artist loft metalic leaf green, custom medium light yellow, this little piggy ball gown, arteza pearl sage green with a little drizzle of pthalo green to darken, this little piggy golden peach, custom warm light pink and my cell activator is amsterdam titanium white.
