Ugh in the USA there will be like 3 isles of candy especially during certain holidays. It's so crazy! Two isles of chip varieties. Then when you first walk in and by the checkout more junk food!
If you are a plus member at Walmart like she says she is I think one of the benefits is free delivery to her house so she can place order from computer or phone without stepping foot in the store.
People are paid specifically to design packaging design, flavor names, cardboard advertising shelves the list goes on down to where they put each product to try and get you to buy. It's crazy how much garbage we have available here I don't even eat out anymore

I'm fairly new to your content and just seeing this video for the first time. I know I'm just an internet stranger but it's so wonderful to see how much progress you've made and how much healthier you look by simply making healthier choices and staying consistent instead of trying some "diet trend" that is always short lived cause they are impossible to maintain long term. You are truely an inspiration. I myself am trying to be more consistent with healthier choices and tou motivate me consistently
I always do roast in the crockpot. Put that in with chopped onions and carrots and those tiny red potatoes and cover with water about an inch over. Bay leaf and fennel and salt and cracked pepper and your favorite spices. I like Bay and fennel because it adds a deep rich flavor. Serve that over rice and you have a full dinner. I'm cooking beans and rice and cornbread today. That is a staple southern meal. Hubby likes corn muffins so I'm trying to get used to that. Little sweet but I don't care as long as he's happy.
My doctor straight up called me fat not in a nice way just called me fat and I need to loose weight and I haven’t eaten not necessarily starved myself but I had one meal a day

We use bags that come on other products that are unavoidable. For example, empty dog/cat food bags, empty litter bag, large grocery items (such as a bag from 12 apples) etc. Those become the litter bags. Getting additional plastic at check out is just not necessary and is very harmful to the world we live in. Global warming aside, they have now found plastic in our bloodstreams and the harm it causes to other animals is huge. We really need to stop using convenience as an excuse to just keep using these things. Change is uncomfortable, but we are destroying ourselves and our planet. There are over 8 BILLION people on the planet. We have to sacrifice some type of commodity at some point for the benefit of our world and society.

But yes, let's all talk to the individual person who maybe uses an extra bag or two a week. 🙄
Lol I actually work in the online grocery pickup and delivery department for Walmart, and the substitution thingy I’ve never seen before while working but I mean nobody has really lost anything 😂 I also love you ❤️

I think it has to do with motivation? Because sometimes when your mental health goes down, so does your motivation so doing even the simplest things like doing the dishes is hard. But I'm not too sure.
Sierra, my latest favorite salad topping is chick peas but not just plain old chick peas...rinse them and then roast with a little olive oil and sea salt. Do 375 for 15 mins. They're so good.

To keep your meats from drying out while cooking, generously coat the outside with an oil or oil/butter mixture after seasoning. This helps to seal the juices inside even if you cook the meat a little longer than needed. Juicy roasts of any kind every time.
Walmarts in Canada completely stopped using plastic bags. They started using paper bags. But now those are gone and we just have the reusable bags. You have no idea how many reusable Walmart bags I have at home.
In my country we stop using plastic bags years ago ( and we also stop using plastic forks ) and i have reausable bag in my purse and a lot more in my house

People use glassware/stoneware dishes and metal (reusable) utensils in the United States…this is just her personal preference
