Try switching up the protein! Their beef & steak used to hurt my stomach so bad so I switched to the chicken, potatoes, or beans. I also found their sour cream and guacamole rank, so I get it without that too. And now it doesn't hurt me lol my favorite thing is the chicken chalupa and potato soft tacos.

There’s a difference between having broader shoulders and just having a wide back due to being bigger. I naturally have broad shoulders and my physique was ALOT different when I was 60 lbs heavier compared to now.
