So iam using Zremesher. But with Zeremesher im losing alot of details from MD, like the seams etc. Are you using Zremesher as well or do you handle it in some other ways to keep these details?
    My other Question is, if i want to have a higher subdevision in Zbrush, to sculp some more details, everything gets smooth out. Even, when i use the smooth brush, iam losing the seams and i getting holes. Is there any way to avoid this?

      The whole process is long to describe, but in short, first export to zbrush, make basic edits, then zremesh, project, add thickness and remove unnecessary polygons from the back side. Perhaps there are better ways through max or maya, but this is how I do it now.

      As far as I know this is done in the engine, after the character is completely ready, you need to select polygons that will be simulated as clothes and then the clothes will be calculated in real time, respond to the movements of the character and the wind.

    Hi!, question from a newbie here!
    Can somebody tell me why did he make the clothing on zbrush last video, I mean, why didn't he directly made them all on Marvelous?
    Is it because the ones made on Zbrush last video will be the ones used on the low poly, and the ones he made on Marvelous during this video are intended to be used for the high poly?

    • @IlyaGagarin
      @IlyaGagarin  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      in the first video it's just a concept, I made it to find the right proportions and understand how the character is built

      Omg, this concept could have been my high poly :O I still got a lot of grinding to do to reach that level then!!,
      And wow thx for that fast answer directly from you! Subbed and followed on Art Station!
