And if they want to allow this to go to court, then they better be willing to do a complete, state-wide analysis of every website from every state issued computer, cell phone or laptop. This info doesn't have to come from the state, it can come from an independent auditor that subpoenas the IP Address lists from the ISP for the past 10 years.
