      She failed herself.🤷🏽‍♂️ She asked for no prosecution in '89. She wrote a letter a year before her murder, begging OJ to comeback and be a family again, after years of him abusing her. She wrote letters to him before her death, detailing the times he hit her, or demeaned her publicly or privately, including little weight gain after pregnancy. And about his alleged cheating. Then why the heck she wanted him back again? She already got herself a property and alimony. ___ It's hard to help her when she couldn't help herself.

    He abused her for years and she finally divorced him, as he continued to stalk and eventually brutally take her life and Ron’s another horrific detail about OJ killing his ex-wife and Ron Goldman when the police called him to let him know what happened he didn’t even say where’s my children. What about my children? He didn’t give a rats ass about his children or their well-being because he knew he just murdered their mother. If the neighbor hadn’t found their deceased bodies, those children would’ve woken up to that horrific scene.

    If you and your partner/spouse can't see eye-to-eye, don't try to control them by ANY means. Even if you're justified in your anger and in the right, do not resort to violence. Always leave , for good, if you ever feel that violence is the only way to make someone listen. And always do your research and really get to know who someone is and what they're really about in terms of their morals, politics, ideals, addictions, etc... And try to not let your ego determine who you end up with.

    Nothing is going to change in the O.J. case now, but speaking as a former trial lawyer of thirty years that case was lost because of some of the most flagrant and irresponsible ERRORS that a prosecution lawyer could have committed...AND THIS IS NOT " HINDSIGHT "...it is what many of us LAWYERS and other commentators said at the time of the trial.
    I don't know if DARDEN decided to do this himself, although I have to believe it was approved by the whole team, but allowing the adversary to control a piece of evidence and allowing O.J. to try on the murder gloves without knowing in advance the outcome of the try-on violates two of the most fundamental and basic rules of trial management and of cross-examination.
    This is besides the incomprehensible fact that they allowed O.J. to try on " shrunken " leather gloves, shrunken by having been drenched in blood and then dried, which would already have made them not fit the original hands, ON TOP of other plastic gloves !
    NO GLOVE WOULD FIT IF OUT ON TOP OF ANOTHER GLOVE....and leather shrinks...something this jury was never explained
    There was enough CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE in this case to convict twenty O.J.'s.
    The victims blood on his socks, in his car, in his house etc., etc., etc., but they screwed up the explanation of what CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE means to the jury so badly that nobody could understand it and that this by itself created the " DOUBT " which the jurors thought they could base themselves on. They had to accept the Defense unfounded premise that the police were going around " SPRINKLING " the blood sample from O.J. all over the place and " planting " the evidence. They would have needed a GALLON of his blood for it to have been found in all the places it was found.
    Then the prosecution did not rebut Cochran's theatrics of putting on a cap IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, standing next to the jury box and asking the jury if they " recognize " him...implying that O.J. would have been recognized even if had been wearing a cap...without reminding the jury that O.J. was wearing the cap at NIGHT in the DARK!
    The L.A. jury might have been tainted, stupid, naive or racially biased but the prosecution messed this up so badly that the jury would have been justified in coming to their decision in any case.
    This same evidence was enough in the CIVIL CASE because those lawyers did not screw it up

    • @saffyblu7954
      @saffyblu7954 8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      +Leon Maliniak- You are absolutely correct! I just don't know why those jurors couldn't see the truth then. (except for the fact that one of "their own" slaughtered a Blond White woman & her White Jewish friend) Racism most DEFINITELY played a huge part in the verdict.OR-they were just TOO damned stupid to understand DNA evidence, as well as ALL the evidence that smacked them upside their stupid heads! That entire trial was a sad joke!

    • @whatwhat3432523
      @whatwhat3432523 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I find it funny that the jury actually took notice of the glove not fitting. If i was in the jury i would not think much about that glove. It was obvious OJ would try to not make it fit.. + you have a latex glove underneath. And the glove would of course be stiff and distorted. Stupid mistake by Darden, Marcia was against it all a long. But its incredible stupid of the jury to put any weight to it, but then again... the jury acquitted a double murderer, and the responsibility is all on them. I saw the whole trial, and there was no reasonable doubt at all! Knowing what we know today about DNA the guilt is undeniable.

    plain and simple: If that domestic case judge or OJ 's attorney had not been so corrupt Nicole would be alive or just maybe if this tv reporter would not had called OJ's attorney and nively allerted him of the media at the hearing.

    Run of the mill domestic violence case,except for Rich People being involved,and the Death of Ron Goldman.Maybe Nichole would have been the only victim,in which case OJ wouldn't be in jail now.Don't do the woulda/coulda/shoulda thing.He told her what he was going to do,and he did it.

    I believe oj in the TV interview for "if I did it" he was stalking her. He came over lurking around. Goldman showed up he got into argument nicole came out and said get the f out of my house. Then oj snapped. Oj told a friend that if nicole hadn't come out with a knife she'd still be alive. That part I don't know. But I do believe she told him to get out. She had be become bold after she ended it for good with him after mother's day. Oj terms it she was acting crazy those last 2 weeks.

    Too bad Nicole didn't call a press conference and play some hard ball. What kind of judge brushes such an assault under the rug ? And Mr. Levin lets himself off the hook for not following up & reporting on the story himself. He didn't get snookered. He bailed.

    sounds like a good idea for a show. if Harvey could have go back in time, and just shown up at the court, would that have eventually saved Nicole and Ron.... BTW.. nobody ever talks about if OJ was going there just to kill Nicole, and Ron was just in the wrong place at the wrong time? If that was the case and OJ had to quickly make a "mental switch" to also kill Ron, that is really telling! I mean hired CIA killers may have aborted a mission because of that unexpected extra person, for fear of the murder not going as planned. But that was never even discussed, to my knowledge? There are so many unanswered questions in that trial!

    saw OJ and Nicole ( the two kids and the Browns ) at a store I worked in in Laguna Hills. I thought Nicole was the babysitter until I was told by a co-worker she was the mom. Months later I read on The OC Register they had a new year's eve party. He was overheard " I'm gonna kill you ". Two years later she was dead .

    Then why did you not show nicoles horrific pictures from that case to the media? Perhaps then the publics reaction from those pics could have warned us from what was forthcoming. True,you missed the hearing ,yet you were well aware of the pictorial proof of the abuse by your own admission.

    I know some people who knew OJ at USC and in Buffalo. In both cases, long before Nicole’s death, they portrayed a violent bully, even to the extent of pulling a knife in the Trojan locker room. Prior bad acts were never pursued by the prosecution. Marcia Clark blew this case.
