I still don't understand how you only have 41K subs. I had no interest in boats (I'm a motorbike guy), I'll never be able to afford a boat and I get sea sick but I love watching your videos, thank you and keep up the great work.
I'm the same, the closest to the marine life I get to is the rubber ducky in the bath..
I'm the same, could never afford one but love the videos. Though in the few month I've been watching he's gone from 20k to 40k subs so growing fast and well on the way to 100k which will be well deserved
I was at 1,000 subs at the beginning of the year so it's going okay.
7 months later, he's almost tripled that number. And it still feels like he doesn't have anywhere close to enough subs.
At 200k now!
Aquaholic socks!! absolute class! ha ha ha. well played
doesn't miss a trick
Yep, love the socks Nick
First time I have noticed the print on Nick's socks is actually his channel name - 'Now cool is that!' ;P
He should definitely release some official sock merchandise
@@motorworld2513 Socks are all important on yachts so you need to be wearing proper socks - Nick's unique idea with his branded socks is apt. His marketing expertise in Yacht sales is clear to see here. Just look at the numbers of comments they have generated.
Really enjoy watching your yacht tours!
By far the best yacht channel on TH-cam! And now with branded socks 😃
Thank you! :)
Haha those socks well done mate good job.
What a beautiful boat you have on display. It has been part of my life because I was born and brought up at the riverain area preside the Atlantic coast of Nigeria. Indeed, all what you have displayed is home away from home I really love it and how I wish to be part of it.
I reckon the socks are worth more than the Princess 60 ;-) Great tour as always.
@Crazyirish _ Haha no doubt!!
What a perfect size of boat, you're not really making compromises anymore and you have all the normal amenities that you are used to at home as well.
Just having a proper dishwasher and washing machine are two massive quality of life things.
Love Love Love the interior of that 60... The exterior is pretty cool too. Great tour as per.
I was in Torquay on Saturday and I’d never really taken much notice of these yachts till I started watching these videos. Saw a princess 90 and didn’t realise how awesome they truly are. Be great to see the inside of one, first hand!
I'm probably like 99.9% of your subscribers, i will probably never afford one of these, but they're addictive to watch, keep it up!
Absolutely loving these tours! Informative, engaging and not inconsiderably funny at the same time.
As for the boat, she's a beauty. I really like the layout and the massive amount for storage. While I do see and understand all the arguments for the galley-aft layout, as a Scandinavian I think I prefer this layout as you can sit in the lounge area with the door open and be "almost outside" when the weather is to foul for the flybridge and the aft deck, but not quite so foul that you want to close all the hatches, put the heater on max and replace the wine with hot chocolate and a blanket.
I certainly don't disagree with you. :)
I certainly don't disagree with you. :)
Very nice boat & video! Loooove the socks!
I much prefer that layout to the galley aft arrangement.
Loving the socks Nick, another great video and what a fantastic Princess. You're my favourite channel on TH-cam, keep up the great work👍
Thanks Neil, will do! :)
The video is as usual impeccable. Today i have two notes, 1 the oven door you have to have it open during cooking which it will be in the way, 2 the wear of the boat under water line it looked to me like a much older boat. Finally the socks i think now it becomes a trade mark Nick, so as you can see from the majority of your subscribers that must be included in all your videos 😊😊😊
If you mean the paint, it's antifouling, it normally looks like that after a while and is repainted annually.
Many years ago when I was a small lad, there used to be a public cafe in the club house building, where we would occaisionally have refreshments after a walk along the river. I'd forgotten about it until something looked vaguely familiar about that boat yard.
Another great video. Your passion for boats is contagious and thanks to your videos I think Princess are just about my favourite boats. They always seem to take a step forward in the refinement of their design each year. All I need is the money!
Love how you casually drop in the Aqua and Holic socks there by the way :)
Absolutely love the socks! another great video keep them coming!!
Thanks! :)
This channel has grown a lot over the last several months. I expect one day soon you will awaken to 100k subscribers. Best enthusiasm around.
Thank you! Fingers crossed
The socks were the main attraction, I laughed and laughed. Very nice boat also! I could see myself sipping a gin and tonic with a little roses lime juice after fishing all day and resting at anchor.
Great video! I would love to see a catamaran video in the future! im actually planing on buying one! ;)
6:25 😂😂
And what you DON T normaly see out of the windows of a Princess oat are the GREEN FIELDS...
a little touch of humour... that s good!
👍👍👍
It's a very nice yacht! Certainly one of my favourites! I love how well this review was done! Thanks again Nick!
My pleasure!
You're certainly on to something with these videos. Look at all the people who had no prior interest in boats that love your tours. Myself included. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! :)
Great vid, Nick. I can really hear the TQ1 when you say "Shaaaaft".
Great tour of a beautiful boat, it looks like new! I think I still prefer this layout compared to the galley aft that are so common now. The owner of this one must have been a thirsty person, so many fridges 😜
Surprisingly big. Very nice boat.
Best tours on yt, consistent quality🤙🏼
Thank you! :)
Very good quality review once again.
Lately I saw a Captain using a Remote Controller on his Princes while manoeuvring. Amazing...
There are a couple of these systems now, they're very cool.
Nick, not every drawer needs to be drawn 😉🤫 A beautiful boat. The only thing I find not well thought out is the wetbar with the stairs in the back. When I'm up there I always fear to make a wrong step back and fall down.
I really have to say. Great job on your channel growth. I really hope you keep to it and stay genuine with your content.
Thanks! Certainly intend to.
Great tour of the boat, when I saw your socks I thought you would've had aquaholic written on them. Love watching your videos
60 and all that space, wow, ans very nice crew/teenagers : D cabin :) Great video as allways thx.
another great video.... well done that man!
Great socks, great reviews!
Great boat ! i prefer this rear lounge layout area . perfect for summer evenings with the french doors open to the deck ! if you get the chance would love to see some classic 1990's Sunseeker Predators .
Naughty man feeding my addictive hunger of princesses😥 few weekends would get that tip top again. One day Rodders one day!
😉👍👍
I love the crew areas for some reason
another day, another boat to dream about
Looks like the below water areas could use a bit ofTLC before she is recommissioned.
Nice tour Nick
And socks 😄
Great review Nick as ever. Was interested to see the bits and pieces you pointed out underneath the boat, good accommodation for the size too with three ensuites. Also glad to see your subscriber numbers rising regularly, well deserved, all the best 👍
Thanks Peter! :)
Excellent tour. Love your videos.
Thanks! :)
Loved the socks as well :D what I don't really get is why noone fits or "squeezes" a Jacuzzi onto those 50+ boats. Clearly it's the first big option you see on bigger boats. I'd have my own doubts about the structural stability of a flybridge when I put a pool aft, but that is something that definitely can be dealt with.
Anyway, simply put: Boats need a jacuzzi. Make it work!
man how does a big boat like that balance on a few metal rods
Well a train balances on a couple of rails so I guess they work the same way.
Great vid..hooked.on these
Very nice socks and great boat for the money!
Here in Toronto a £1.1M apartment is half the size and doesn't come with two Volvo engines :(
Another great video.
I prefer the layout on the '16 Princess S65 that you covered in the same boatyard.
Another great tour as usual, lovely boat! By the way, I love your socks, what a sweet touch, haha! :)
Nice keg step conforms to health & safety rules!! Another very interesting video. You might know my brother Jonathan Wellstead works for Caterpillar Marine at Ferndown Dorset but has worked for Sabre and Sunseeker in the past.
I'm afraid not, sorry. :)
A beautiful boat with space for “sulky teenagers” 😂
Some of the designs they have for boats would work really well in a small home, especially the bathrooms with 2 entrances which I only ever see in US homes.
Great video
Spectacular socks!. Oh, ya. Nice yacht too.
Hi nick. Great boat. I would seriously buy a boat like that to live on. But better than that are your socks, they are just great. I think my wife and I are going to get some clothes embroidered with our boat name. Keep up the great work nick.
Am always amazed at how much space there is to be found on these boats.. Even crew quarters with separate day.. Fantastic boat and wonderful tour once again. Now am off out to do Euro Millions. Fingers crossed.
Good luck! :D
Crew/Teenager cabins (Where you don't have to look at them) Love it :-)
loved the socks!
There are hundreds of channels on TH-cam who sound like pushy, plastic sales folk even when they’re taking about their favourite subject. On the other hand there’s yourself, and I could listen to you for bloody hours...you can’t fake that! Motor on!
Thanks Victor, appreciate it! :)
AQUAHOLIC No probs! You’ve either got it or you haven’t! :)
I'm getting concerned about you Auq, I think you've been walking around boats with sub-par headroom so long you're starting to walk like Quasimodo ! Just bustin 😅. Nice job. ✊
You didn't say the make of the hob! Was it Miele by any chance?
:)
Love the socks!!!
Love the socks haha!
Open up a shop Nick, i would buy those socks! Didn't win the jackpot this month, so looking out for the next video. If we win it, you will be invited to come over to Holland to do a tour on our new Princess ;-)
I'll look forward to it! :)
Excellent sized boat and another excellent walk through Nick.
That little cabin would be excellent for my mother in law. Can you lock it from the outside?
Thanks once again for the 'tour' ... :-))
The Virginian JCB yacht down near you at Salcombe for two days
Lovely boat, but the socks stole the show!))
Brilliant socks!
Nice ! In the crew cabin, the bag on the right look like a corpse !
Maybe a Jetsurf 🤩
I'm an Azimut fan but Princess always have the best engine-room installations. Its like an operating theatre its so clean. Shame they're still using that precarious flybridge wetbar position though, right in front of the steps. I'm surprised nobodys took a tumble from that yet. All it would take is a short step backwards when using the barbeque, especially on the smaller models.
Great socks!
i definitely thought that was a body bag in the crew cabin!!!
Hey Nick, just back from 3 weeks holiday. Been catching up on your videos for the last few hours. I think you owe me a new keyboard as mine is now damaged due to excessive drooling. Love this 2016 Princess, I prefer mid galley lay-out. I see you pimped your socks again :). great stuff, keep them coming. Cheers :)
Glad you're enjoying them, thanks for your support :)
Love the socks! Link to the merch please :)
Cool socks 👍
I love the Sox! Awsome! Love it! I must, simply must have them , please tell me you ship to Australia 🇦🇺?
Can we get a watch collection tour? I’ve seen you’ve got a few nice ones there!
Are the socks in M&S in time for Christmas?
I can wear them while waiting for Santa to bring my new Yacht down the chimney ...
This one is big enough for a live aboard. Would be a pretty fantastic way to live along the coast. Too bad it's about 1,099,999 above my budget.
Socks!!!! LOL Merch on the way? I'm in
Love the socks 😂
Love these videos... find me a good yacht that’s good for a wheelchair. Obviously not an accessible engine room.
Steeler recently produced one specifically for a family with a child in a wheelchair, with a wheelchair lift so she could get below deck all by herself. Look for the Steeler NG 65 S video - although I would prefer if Aquaholic did a review.
Agree with BT, small steel builders often do amazing work in this area.
BigTwitchy maaaaate thanks for that...just been looking at it. How gorgeous is that blue! Wow
You tube now thinks its acceptable to have two adverts before you watch a video
Nick, you know we would buy AQUAHOLIC socks from you if you market them. I wonder how much shipping would be for half a dozen to Michigan from the UK ?
+Aquaholic
Oh cmon Nick
Are you serious? Really? Princess60!!!
Then the host starts posing in custom made Own Channel socks! Big’ing yourself up or what
Great channel Sir! Loved it for
A while since you slated the trawler you stayed on and reviewed.
Looking forward to the next one for sure👍👍👍👌👌👌👌🥰
Dont mean to nitpick but I was really hoping you would walk to the bow as you normally do. It was not clear what the layout was. Is that what the starboard stairs lead to?
Fair comment, not sure why I didn't venture forward on this one - just forgot! Yes, that's what the steps on the starboard side of the cockpit are for.
Do they do interest free long term loans?
MY Ulysses has a new one on deck as its chase boat.
It is fantasy land for me, but I think I prefer this type of layout with the kitchen after the helm seats rather than the current trend of having the kitchen in the rear. It puts the lounge area next to those wide opening siding doors at the rear... I wonder if the local collage does evening classes in how to rob a bank and get away with it!
ps Looking at the price, it does show what you can get if you just buy a boat a couple of years old instead of going for new.
Sounds like a plan!
I’ve always wondered how/what the 2 crew would work on a ship of this size. I struggle to see how it would work out unless the crew were integrated with the guests, during mealtime etc. Would they be a cook/steward and a deck-crew/steward?
Normally a skipper and steward/deck hand
Blimey, the skipper and steward must really like each other in that cabin!
LOVE the socks!! Where can I buy these????
I have a Merch store but no socks yet. I'm working on it though! teespring.com/en-GB/stores/aquaholic
New logo, new socks .. surely Bikini Babes has to be next.
Hmmm...
Do you own a yacht yourself ?
Sure do, look for Smuggler's Blues videos.
I think you missed the bow area...☺️
only looking at the comments for sock mentions!
galley seems very small for the boat. only a single half oven for a boat carrying up to 6+2 crew
I don't think owners use an oven that much except for a chicken
