Just got this mouse yesterday. so far it's pretty good. I found that if you do the weight balance test and you put your thumb where the side mouse buttons are it's pretty balanced there. I use the side mouse buttons all the time so it's perfect for me.

For the glossy coating or old mice that got polished by use (same goes with keboard keys), you can just use the green rough side of the sponge, and give it a nice matt texture..
if u go back to boardzy's 2019 videos and listen to how fast he talks vs now, it's a huge difference. I think it's almost been almost a whole year since I started watching.. wow
I just got a glossy MM720 a couple days ago and I completely agree; mouse is amazing but the glossy coating is annoying and the main switches are mushy with too much travel (though the side button switches are nice). I might order some Razer optical switch replacements that are supposedly more clicky and you can easily swap/snap on. Or I might just stick with my Razer Orochi or I might buy a totally new mouse 🤔 thanks for the review

I've been using it for 2 days and its amazing!!! great mice it fits you hand like a globe agree with boardzy clicks are too soft but won't bother in gaming..
I used red dragon mammoth m801 before this one, if anything this mouse is small but its the best one can get with 49g weight and top notch sensor for this size. The m801 is quite a lot bigger but ive gotten used to the mm720 now but i loved my 801
i bought one some time ago and i just wanted to come back here to say that the sensor is really inconsistent now and it literally started falling apart on me it feels like. started with a crack, but now it just feels unstable.
Yo boardzy, do you think the Hien XSOFT would be a good "jack of all trades" pad? I mainly play tac shooters but I also play a good amount of fast paced shooters, also I'm not sure the Zero would last as long as the Hien.
Not boardzy but the zero soft is basically an upgrade QCK which is the most average pad you can get and not in a bad way. Also the zero definitely will last a long time

Like a lot faster than you are probably thinking it will be. There's almost no difference between the speed of the mid and soft on the hein. If you want tracking and nothing else then the hein but otherwise the zero. I doubt the zero will wear, honestly tho I liked the hayate kou over the zero but I can't speak if it'll last or not.

The Zero just has a lot more friction accordign to a friend of mine who owns both the fx hien soft and the zero. It was him saying that the zero is free aim compared to the zero

Like I said the zero feels more like a cloth pad and the hein is very unique feeling. Its too fast imo but it does offer godlike tracking. For perspective I own the zero mid, hein mid and soft, the shidenkai xsoft, the Raiden mid and xsoft, and the hayate kou. The kou to me feels like it does what the zero does but is abit better at it. I have heard durability issues with the hayate series pads tho so I'm hesitant to say it's better. For me personally the Raiden xsoft is the best artisan pad if you have a good mouse sensor (spin out issues on older sensors), the mid Raiden and both heins are in the second for me because they all are abit to fast but do feel like great pads for tracking, the hayate (given it holds up) is next bcuz it feels like it has good stopping power and decent speed, then the zero bcuz its similar to the kou but slower, then the shidenkai bcuz i felt it wear after the first use. Hope this helps

Been using it since it came out. Before this one, i was using the Xornet II (Cooler Master also). They're cheap, comfortable and accurate mouse for casual FPS games.

i accidently bought the gloss... was terrible grips garbage aswell.... a simple skotchbrite and or sort of not too thick or thin sand paper; and a glossy mouse will become the stickiest shit u ever felt i just sanded it down all over roughly now it feels like it has dry glue on it. no sweating or sliping problems best fking mouse i ever had and i have very sweaty hands.

Glossy coatings are almost always grippier, unless you have very sweaty hands. Most gloss plastics have a smoother surface, meaning more friction, but the lack of texturing means no channels for liquids like sweat to escape, leading to a slick barrier between hand and mouse.
Can confirm the switches feel fine after a year of abusing one of these. Unfortunately they still sound funky. Later models seem to have thicker feet and less build issues too.

The sticker with the product code has been distorted in mine because of how thin the skates are, the ring skate around the sensor is absolutely useless too, it doesn't even make contact with the mouse bad because of how recedes into the mouse it is lol. I ended up getting used to the clicks, right click is kinda squeaky at times tho.
Can you do a quick review for the Delux M700? ive recently gotten it and i want to see how it does since it is my first mouse ever. its supposed to be a budget powerhouse since you can get it for 25-50$ and it has a pmw3389 sensor. I'd really appriceate it thx
the coolermaster cable is one of the worst, because its to flexible. its jump every time and made the mouse heavier, you can feel it in faster movement. bungees doesnt help

Late but ended up repurchasing the mm720 in black. Found Razer v2 opticals on eBay and swapped the stock switches out. Don't think I'll ever be able to use another mouse again

Left click issue, as it turns out, is quite wide spread with those. :( Which is why i ordered this Mouse. I'm ready for optical sensors. I hope i like it is all. I naturally claw even on the desktop, so i hope it fits like a glove. Just defending my $64 purchase (fast shipping) even before i have the thing, my bad.

The weight balancing is near perfect. Place your thumb between the 4 and 5 buttons, not the middle of the mold.
