You're on the road to success. You need to hire a trustworth family member or assistant that can take over daily tasks so you can free up your time and take a vacation! @Tony luxury cars. Hi My name is Joseph I've personally been in a car rental business as a service agent for enterprise almost 3 years. What’s up Tony. What do you do if a guest brings the car back with a check engine light? Car came back with overheating issues. No issues with the car before
I always recommend 75 plan for people just starting out. If you save all of your money, then you can treat it as escrow, which allows you to go on higher plans. For example, if you save $1,000 from your earnings, then you should consider going to the 80 plan. ABI insurance isn't everywhere. But If they're in your area, then you should use them only if your vehicle is used 100% for Turo. The reason is that you only get 250 miles per month to drive your car while it's not on a Turo rental, and those miles have to be for business purposes. So if something happens while you're driving, then they may look at the tracker to see if you were using the car for business reasons. For example, if you get into a wreck while running to McD's in the middle of the night, then could use that as a reason to not cover your claim since you were using the car for business (e..g., carwash, mechanic, etc.). To be fair, I'm not 100% sure about strict they are on that business use thing, but they do require a tracker in your car that they have access to... so like any insurance company it's about looking for reasons not to cover you! Good luck!

To clarify the customers are not yours they are Turo customers. If your Turo account is ever suspended or terminated your bookings will drop to almost zero.
But if you ask Turo, they will tell you they don't have customers. They are just a platform that brings a business owner and their customer together to complete a transaction. So to clarify he has his own customers.
@@daytrader1268 Thank you for your comment. Turo will state they do not have customers for legal reasons. They classify everyone on their platform as Users. However, if you want to claim Turo's Users as your "Customers" then go right ahead. My definition of a customer is just different from yours. Can you move these "Customers" to another platform or private? To me a customer is someone I can call, email, or create an agreement directly with.
These are my customers, not Turo! I have a lot of loyal, repeat customers, who will only rent from me and nobody else! Also I'm on Google! Also so many people ask me will I take cash or rent out of the Turo, so to clarify I have the ability to do private rentals if I want!
If he's paying for his own advertising and it takes them via Turo to rent the vehicle .... then those are his customers and Turo should be the one paying him. Stop the hate. I get your point but legally they already wrote it so it's said in stone.

stay away from 85/15 and 90/10 plan trust me its not worth the deductible, just had to file a claim recently, not happy at all with the 85 plan, lesson learned.
