Not always a huge fan of hunting videos but you guys have an approach to everything you do that is respectful, calm and inspiring. The family bond is amazing and Jnr you are so eloquent and assured in front of the camera. Not taking anything away from you Snr as they say "the apple never falls far from the tree"
Thanks for tuning in! I hope everyone is having a great week. Really cool collab next video with Deer Meat for Dinner 💪🏽. Merch is on the website and helps us continue to post. Thank you to everyone who has shown support through purchases and liking/commenting. I appreciate you 👊🏽
@SinCityOutdoors Love your channel and am now a new subscriber. But for someone like me who's new to being introduced to all this cool hunting/fishing, who prepares your meat/catches for you? Do you have a private butcher to help you? Can you do a video that shows us how you butcher and prepare your kill? Keep up the great work and thank you Sr. for your service‼️🤠👍🌵 🇺🇸✌️&💘🗽
I’m always kidding around, and on some hunting videos like yours, I always comment about how much I enjoyed hunting when I was able to walk through the nastiest landscape, but I comment with a twist. As an example; you guys are cruel. Why are you guys going out there killing beautiful God’s creatures… and never invite me to go along so I can kill my share? But when people don’t finish reading the comment, people believe that I’m an anti hunter.
Im Navajo from Arizona, I respect you two for how you represent that animal & how you two as a family hunt together. I see a lot of hunters that portray animals just for trophies & they don’t represent the animal with purpose, I like how you two and other hunters like you have respect for these animals and educating people about them and what you do with them, thank you and good job on the videos. You two are true hunters and Nothing but respect for you guys. Keep up the good work and god bless🦅🙏🏽💯
I freaking love how you guys have created such a family friendly show! My family is Hispanic and we're spread out all over New Mexico, we don't get together every day and you guys inspire me to hang out with my family ❤ thank you so much!
Hunting is a great survival skill but also shows respect to our heritage and ancestors. Yeah, you could go to the store and pull meat off a shelf... but being able to source protein yourself... like people did when there was no store to go to, shows respect to those who came before us. Never forget where you came from.
I absolutely love the way you have Respect for the land and the animals. Thank you taking us on your hunting trip. Keep safe and hopefully you get better from that bug bite. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
In the vast and rugged wilderness of the southwestern deserts, there lived a family known for their culinary prowess. They had a secret recipe passed down through generations for cooking javelina, a tough and wild game found in abundance in the arid lands. However, this recipe was not for the faint of heart, as it involved a series of intricate and laborious steps. The family gathered around their humble kitchen, ready to embark on the challenging task of preparing the javelina for dinner. First, they meticulously cleaned the javelina, removing any traces of dirt and debris. Then, they washed it in vinegar, hoping to tenderize the tough meat. Next came the crucial step of tacking the javelina to a sturdy board. With great care, they secured the game onto the board, ensuring it would cook evenly. They slathered the meat with their signature sauce, a blend of spices and herbs passed down through the ages. The oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, they carefully placed the board with the javelina inside. For the next six hours, the family anxiously waited as the tantalizing aroma of barbecue filled the air. But their task was far from over. After six long hours, they meticulously mopped the javelina with barbecue sauce, ensuring it remained moist and flavorful. Then, they lowered the temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and continued cooking for another five hours. With each passing hour, the anticipation grew as the family eagerly awaited the moment of culinary triumph. Finally, after a total of eleven hours in the oven, they removed the javelina and soaked it in mustard, hoping to infuse it with one final burst of flavor. Exhausted but determined, they let the javelina cool for an hour before returning it to the oven. At a low temperature of 125 degrees Fahrenheit, they baked it for an additional four hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the meat to become tender. At last, the moment of truth arrived. With great anticipation, they pulled the javelina out of the oven and carefully untacked it from the board. But to their dismay, the meat was still tough and unpalatable. Defeated but undeterred, the family made a decision. With heavy hearts, they threw away the javelina and turned their attention to the board. And to their surprise, the board had absorbed all the flavors from the hours of cooking, becoming a deliciously seasoned masterpiece. In the end, while cooking javelina proved to be a challenging task, the family learned that sometimes, the most unexpected outcomes can be the most rewarding. And so, they sat down to enjoy a meal of seasoned board, savoring the fruits of their labor and the memories of their culinary adventure in the desert wilderness.
I love these family outings! I love how Senior let Junior find it but kept it it in frame and quiet the whole time. Junior almost bumped into it. He'll track and look ahead next time.
You guys are so funny! At the 6:18 mark, I’m looking over Jr’s left shoulder, thinking “isn’t that the javelina laying up ahead”?!? And sure enough it was!! I got a good laugh out of it. 😊👍🏻👍🏻
Sr. and Jr. you truly are blessed. God sees the way you respect the land and the animal and I wish you the best for every hunt and fish you do. My compliments to the chef, Sr. your wife clearly knows how to cook and what a treat to be able to enjoy her cooking. A lot of work goes into making that beautiful food. Love your videos gentlemen and God bless you and your family.
Every Christmas when I have friends making tamales I always put in my order for a dozen. There's a lot of love that goes into homemade tamales that you just don't get with restaurant tamales.
Hi guys, As a gringo growing up in Pachuca, Hidalgo……I grew up eating tamales every holiday, specially during the Christmas Holidays. The family would prepare then with Chile verde sauce, mole as well as sweet..de dulce, for the kids. Look on the net for recipes on how to make pastes hidalguenses…..great snacks, specially when camping out…trust me. Buen Provecho. Cuídense.
Being out there was one of best times of my life. Dang near didnt wanna go back to vegas. My buddies were like, we gotta work bro lol. People do not understand the power of nature. Ya gotta get out there in it. Like you did as a kid. It doesn't stop. The phones can stop. Nature does not.
That's so great that ya'll both had success. I always used to hunt with my Dad and it was a special time together. A memorable hunt was a morning when he and I and one of his old friends (they both were in their mid seventies) all got a deer on the same morning!
Pork Tamales are the Very Best ! I have been eating them science I was young ! And I am 75 now. So probably 70 years ! There are a Pest in Texas and can tear up a field ! Thanks for sharing ! Lets eat !
dang folks, yalls content just keeps getting better and better. my first time here was a Lake Mead update when it was real bad. i was hooked from there. this is the first hunt and it was excellent entertainment. but i think my favorite vids are the ghost towns, lost landmarks, dead lakes, and things of that nature. things i wouldn't get to see otherwise. absolutely banging entertainment guys.
Sir said it’s stunk meat and based on the explanation I would never eat it. But seeing how it was cooked, the end results and the ingredients I’d say I would enjoy that meal. I love me some tamales!
Great hunt once again, and big props to Mom who made those great-looking tamales. Love the wholesome family content. God bless your family-- and all of you in the comments as well.
Absolutely Amazing Video! You guys and Mom Rocks! Always sharing the family bond and inspiring messages. Thank you for the joy and aspirations you all bring to the World! Aloha from Hawaii and See you outdoors🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
Thank you for this video. It brings back memories of me and my father when we hunted. Sir doing wonderful job with your family we definitely need more fathers like ours to show our kids what life is and respect. Stay safe
Loved this hunting vid and the catch and cook Tamale making part of it. Here in Hawaii, we have a lot of Puerto Rican culture here and we locals have something similar to Tamales that are called Pasteles. Instead of corn it's made with green banana and wrapped in banana leaves when steamed.
I live in Texas and have never tasted Javelina. I, too, love tamales. Back in my younger days when deer hunting with my friend, we had some home made tamales from his mom (true Mexican). It was extreme cold at camp when we had dinner we just laid the tamales in the coals to cook them and they were great! My favorite is pork with hatch green chilis. My vote is javelina is a pig. Thanks for the video. Now I'm hungry for some tamales.
Seriously great example of how to parent. We can all tell how much you love the boys and they love you. My wife and i really love your channel. Please don't stop making content.
Damn, i love you guys! Seinor, you have done a wonderful job raising your sons!! Gives me hope. Thank you from Doug. In Tennessee now but your in my old stompin grounds! Love the desert! Thanks again for the hope.
@@SinCityOutdoors do lot of gunsmithing for folks up that way. Clarksvilles a nice place. Used to ride to appeltons harley few years back. Dont lots of riding these days as bone to bone knees hurt like hell. Still ride though. "Deamon" (my bike) still has lots of "spirit"! 🇺🇲🗽

They are neither rodents nor pigs. They are in a completely different order. I don't hunt but I enjoy the hunting videos just as much as all the others. My property backs up to the Agua Fria Wash (El Mirage, Surprise, Youngtown area) and the javelina are in my backyard almost every night eating and sometimes destroying the prickly pear. 😂 You smell them before you see them. Only AZ critter that I am truly extremely cautious around. Thanks for another informative and entertaining video. The tamales looked so tasty.
What a wonderful video. There is nothing more important than family. There is nothing more exciting than a family hunt There is nother more beautiful than mama cooking and dad doing the voice over. God Bless this family and all the people that they touch. (that includes me)
if you take a game meat or gamey meat - even gamey-smelling/-tasting goat ... then do this. (Personal experience) Get some balsamic vinegar. Either marinate for some hours, even overnight. The vinegar cuts the fat, and the balsamic (grape) helps kosher the meat, pulling out the gameyness, while imparting the grape sugar sweetness (and a little sweet-and-sour with the vinegar). I can cook a very lamby chop, by putting balsamic vinegar into stainless pan, simmer till just a few bubbles and misting happens. Put in the lamb chop and cook for (depending on thickness, and earlier marinating or not) 2-3 minutes, turn over and finish the other side for 1-2 minutes. Pull off and eat. It absolutely has the taste of beef - no gameyness. Was shocked to do this - and find this result and tell others with gamey pheasant, grouse, prairie chicken, prairie dog, deer, feral pig, javelina, raccoon, possum, ... and it does work !
Our family really enjoys your humane hunting ways, educational, fun and exciting channel. bwt funny too! Kudos to chef wife, double chef kiss, thanks Sin City Outdoors!
Didn't know that you could eat them I thought they were part of the canine family actually, Now I understand the vinegar in the cooking process. My granny would be right there at the table with you too. That lady, God bless her soul, would cook up and eat anything that didn't eat her first. lol Growing up in her house with my Grandma we ate a lot of questionable meat unknown origins but we didn't starve. Thank you very much for another great Video, I've been watching your videos for a whi'm really loved that family time. I myself Go out just to look at nature. And love camping. And so does my family we do not hunt. Thank you again. Have lots of fun with your family.❤
Great hunt guys!! Hahaha! With that facial expression on both Juju and Seniors face after that first bite, I don't believe you it was good!! 😂 Keep up the good work!
1-27-24 9am I just finished watching your video. What a great video, and what a wonderful family. My wife and I are Avid bow hunters. We live in Prescott Valley, and we just got through with our javelina season. We were not successful but enjoyed every moment of our hunt. I started hunting javelina with a bow in my twenties. I'm now 80 and still bow hunting. I have taken at least 40 javelina, and I've enjoyed everyone. I have made them into chorizo, cooked them in a crock pot, and barbecued them. Thank you so much for a wonderful video. God bless Earl Williams
Great episode. I tried every type of recipe on my javalina. Cardboard sounds better! Respect for the tamale cooker! That's a lot of work. The javalina call really worked great. They were charging you from all directions. Happy hunting.
What a awesome hunt guys I know nothing about those animals except they destroy land, jr its down so it wasn't a bad shot it looked like sr dropped his immediately great job🇺🇸👍
I lived in Arizona and never knew Javelina stunk. While visiting Lake Sandoval in the Amazon; a pet Javelina, Lucy, was a charming little Javelina. She loved to rub up against my legs, and she was so cute I allowed her to love me. But I was in for a surprise, afterwards I smelled like a skunk. I know that Javelina are dangerous and in Big Bend National Park I was surrounded by a herd of 24 Javelina. Luckily they didn’t tusk me. Great video, I never knew you could cook a Javelina so it was unrecognizable as to which meat it was. Keep up the videos.
Very interesting watching the whole thing from beginning to end. Loved the cooking part and never quite knew how they were made. My dad was a 101st paratrooper at Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge where he lost a leg.
Some of my best memories are hunting with dad. Remember him teaching me to hunt an track blood. He was also military. He passed when i was 25 I’m 42 now. Seeing y’all together brings back memories. Great work guys
Great hunt! The secret to hunting javelina is to have a quality pair of binoculars and a tripod. Glass from the ridges for 30-45 minutes. If you don’t see anything, move to another spot and continue glassing. When you spot them, pay attention to the wind and stalk them exactly like you did! Nice work!!!
Love your videos and look forward to them. Your family is so tight and supportive its so nice to see it. We have a herd of javalina go thru our yard every night.
This is great! I’m glad y’all had a great time. I’m disabled and cannot hunt. I love venison and would leave to hunt my own meat. I’m stuck asking for others if they would bag one for me.
I truly enjoyed this video as I usually do. I appreciate the quality time spent with family. Especially your respect for nature and how Sr has passed that on to his family. Jr I was impressed when you didn’t take a shot at the sow because she had a baby with her. Much respect and appreciation to your family!!!!
Great video. Thanks. I am Polish and we make blood sausage and duck blood soup. Folks go yuk. It was a staple back in the day in Our hood. Your channel is great

I have taken at least 40 javelina, and I've enjoyed everyone. I have made them into chorizo, cooked them in a crock pot, and barbecued them.
Thank you so much for a wonderful video.
God bless

Thanks for watching Sir.
So nice of Sr. to do the heavy lifting draggin your kill back!!! He rocks!
Great episode. I tried every type of recipe on my javalina. Cardboard sounds better! Respect for the tamale cooker! That's a lot of work. The javalina call really worked great. They were charging you from all directions. Happy hunting.
I absolutely love watching your shows. Please, please come to Montana. You would have a blast. And look me up....😊
What a awesome hunt guys I know nothing about those animals except they destroy land, jr its down so it wasn't a bad shot it looked like sr dropped his immediately great job🇺🇸👍
Much respect to your Pops 🇺🇸 crazy battle there
Its great to see family bonding doing something positive
Loving the tense music at start
Would like to see more, like how to skin em out but overall dope video

Family that hunts together, stays together ❤
Your attitude towards life is spot on! So many distractions, it’s good to see people still humble and aware. Thank you
Excellent content!
Thanks so much for the showing us the how to cook tamales!
Nice hunt guys! A double up too, that’s awesome.
Been with this Channel for some time now,Yes Az and NV is the best places in America 💯
Love your videos and look forward to them. Your family is so tight and supportive its so nice to see it. We have a herd of javalina go thru our yard every night.
That’s so weird because 99% of earth doesn’t know they exist 😆
I learn a ton from these vids, I like the variety of content. Thank you fellas
This is great! I’m glad y’all had a great time. I’m disabled and cannot hunt. I love venison and would leave to hunt my own meat. I’m stuck asking for others if they would bag one for me.
Fully enjoyed this vid! I see senior and me could drink a few together and would love to eat with you guys one day looks delicious.
Yay, outstanding hunt! I miss my Daddy. He was a great hunter. My brother's still hunt all the time. I so enjoy your vlogs. ❤

Just catching up with this episode. Can’t wait to watch it….😮
I truly enjoyed this video as I usually do. I appreciate the quality time spent with family. Especially your respect for nature and how Sr has passed that on to his family. Jr I was impressed when you didn’t take a shot at the sow because she had a baby with her. Much respect and appreciation to your family!!!!
Love the videos! Enjoy watching your adventures and look forward to your next ones.
Awesome, thank you!

Damn! You guys and your wife do it right. It can be fish fillet sandwiches on the boat or the tamales, or the fish at home. It all looks amazing!
