"I follow up with quick cast card 'Sacrifice to the Gods' which allows me to survive one fatal attack or effect with one 1HP by sending of 4 cow type cards (of my choice) on the field to the discard pile. I send 4 'Groin puncher's to the discard pile and summon 'Vampire Cow', an evil type cow card. Because I sent 4 'Groin Puncher's to the discard pile, the remaining 'Groin Puncher' gains a vengeance bonus, multiplying its attack and defense and number of times I am allowed to punch you in the groin by the number of 'Groin Puncher' cards sent to the discard pile."
"Oh god *JUST KILL ME ALREADY* ..."
"Because I have discarded 7 cow type cards on the same turn that I summoned 'Vampire Cow', they are considered fresh bodies, allowing me to use 'Vampire Cow's effect to remove the 7 cards from the discard pile and add them as tokens to 'Vampire Cow'. For each Token on 'Vampire Cow', its attack and my hp is increased by 10 per token."
      "Am I allowed to surrender..."
"And since 'Groin Puncher' has a vengeance bonus, it will automatically attack all evil type creature cards on the field, instantly killing 'vampire cow' sending it and all its tokens back to the discard pile. Now that 4 more 'Groin Puncher' cards are in the discard pile, 'Groin Puncher' gets another vengeance bonus, multiplying its stats and the number of groin punches by another 4. Note that this effect is multiplicative to the previous vengeance bonus, meaning it now has 16 times the attack and defense as well as upping the number of punches to the groin from 4 to 16"

I then use Professer Cow,which makes a special potion, but I have Magic Milk, allowing his potion to instantly heal me back up.However,I used Glowsticks cow, changing all cows to do their ability twice.
Ok,but you could just end me
But thats where mage cow comes in.Mage cow gives off 1 magic milk each turn, but glowstick cow allowed him to give me 2 Magic Milk. This then get me a rage potion, making all cards in my hand get 50 attack.
      PLEASE END YOUR TURN!
This then allows me to get a cowboy cow again, getting plus 10 attack due to cow companion.I can then apply it to my ice cow, which always has double the health as attack.I then play golden cow figure, swapping attack and health around.I then use accountant cow, which gives all cows plus 40 attack each time an ability is used.I then use creepy cow, causing all the cows to go into a panicked state, giving then plus 60 defense.
      Is it over yet?
I then use vase cow, swaping all the cows into random positions and giving them the invunrible bonus.I then use copper cow idol, giving all cows the cow companion bonus. And then that also triggers the idol ability, getting me a spider cow, weakening all cows on your side.
There is no point using that

i decided ill put some effort in and make a deck and I really did put some effort in and made a really good deck considering my skill and options.
First game with my new deck im feeling pretty confident, I quickly get a lead and have total control, im still on 30hp they have 10, i could finish them off but nah, NOW IT'S MY TURN TO MAKE MY ENEMY SUFFER. anyway i slowly get my cards chipped away as i kept refusing to finish the game. the problem was my deck is useless at higher mana.

This reminds of the most unbelievable win I ever had in MTG about a year ago.
Around that time, I started playing MTG Arena. I didn't invest
any money, didn't have a good deck, only 3 quick drafts in...
    a total noob.
The deck I was playing was basically a combination of 2 beginner decks,
Azure Skies and Aziorous Senate, spiced up with a few
wildcards. In other words: Birds. Lots of them. It was an aggro deck, it
could dish out early damage with cheap creatures, but if it
doesn't win in 5-6 turns, it probably won't.
Especially those green-blue-black mutation decks, which were very popular
at that time, gave me problems frequently.
They usually had no problems holding my flyers off early game
and then explode around turn 5-7 or so, playing out half their library
in one turn and stuff like that. I didn't even fully understand how it
works. But it was against such a deck I won in the most unbelievable
way. Keep in mind that I was quite overwhelmed and quite unexperienced
with the cards MTG Arena. I had a hard time keeping track what's going on,
but I will try to reconstruct it as accurate as my memory and knowledge allows.
It went as usual. I had no chance from the moment the game started, even
had a suboptimal hand. The opponent played out a Zagoth Mamba first
turn and kept mutating it throughout the game, so my poor little birds
would get -2/-2 and die every time. All my attempts in killing that
creature failed. All I could do was feed him birds and play out lands.
He kept bringing in and mutating new creatures, playing out twice as
many lands, constantly drawing additional cards, even having a thing
which allowed him to have more than 7 cards in hand. Pure dominance.
Somewhere aorund turn 6-7 or so, he let an Auspicious Starrix mutate and
that was the moment it exploded. I tried to prevent the ability from
resolving by sending the creature back to his hand with a Brazen
Borrower, the last card I had in my hand, but he just gave it hexproof
    and my Borrower went poof.
The ability resolved and now there was bunch of creatures coming into
play from his library at once, at least 5 of them. On top of that, a
bunch of his other stuff on the battlefield triggered and let him draw
even more cards, play out more lands, get more life, make me lose life
(Vito), generate a bunch of creature tokens and god knows what else
there was... I wasn't even paying attention anymore. His row of
creatures strechted all across the arena, some stacked on top of each
other. I decided to take it with humor and welcome his creatures with a
*"Hello!"* emote the moment they all popped up on the battlefield. It was
pretty much the only thing I could do anyway. My board was completely
whiped, I had no cards in hand and I was down to 6 life. The only thing
that kept him from destroying me right away was the summoning sickness. I
thought about concedeing at this point because it's just a waste of
time, but decided against it, just to see how much my life would go into
negative after his final attack. He passed the turn. I drew a land and
played it out. Turn back to him... time to die!
But of course, he wasn't attacking right away. There was still a huge
amount of juicy untapped lands on the table and even more cards in hand,
so time to flex hard on my noob ass! He started mutating Auspicious
Starrix again and bringing in even more creatures from his library. The
second row of creatures was now full! But that wasn't even the problem.
When those creatures came in and his chain reaction of other effects
started triggering again, I realized that there would not be a final assault.
Vito would suck me out of life before the combat phase even starts. How
    boring!
So I decided to do the very last and absolute pointless thing I could
do. As the stack went down and my life count hit excatly 1, I disrupted
the stack by playing the Brazen Borrower as a flash creature from exile.
The one Borrower which I was trying to unsummon his creature with
earlier. You know, just for the lulz... place a tiny fairy who can't
even block in front of his nose and spam *"Hello!"* as a last good bye...
Turned out that tiny fairy had a much bigger effect than expected and it
wasn't pointless at all. What I didn't realize was that playing out
that card at this point would trigger another chain of effects (forgot wich ones)
on his side which let him draw 7 more cards...
*BUT THERE WERE ONLY 6 CARDS LEFT IN HIS FUCKING LIBRARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*
*YEAH, DRAW YOUR WHOLE FUCKING LIBRARY, CHAMP!!!*
*GG FOR ME, YA FLEXING PRICK!!!!*
    *HELLO!!!*
    *HELLO!!!*
    *HELLO!!!*

And this, this is why I watch my board state carefully when I need to do my big combo.
I run a commander deck that has an agonizingly long combo (Its a all 6 Sanctums, using Shrine of the Shattered Heights discarding lands, using Violent Ultimatum, Eerie Ultimatum and some recursion spell to loop the process, easily dealing 300+ damage in bursts of 6. Its pretty fun to play it out yourself.), it requires me to draw my entire deck (Without Enter the Infinite, but with Omniscience and Teferis ageless insight ), and so I take good caution on what cards I have on the field, so that I can't get last minute jumpscared by drawing into an empty library.
That said, the deck has also 2 very short win conditions (simple Approach of the Second Sun and a simple infinite combo that involves Brinelin the Moon Kraken and Bogardan Hellkite with omniscience) that isn't agonizing, so the big combo is really only for me playing against nobody, as in, doing Magic Solitaire back home because no friends, that plays MTG with me at least...

i'm supprised not that many people have been using cow casino for deck optimization.
    so basically:
Cow casino spends 15 mana or 40 cheese tokens for 5 re-taps, but said retaps can only be used per 1 card below s tier. (Cards in S tier include Cow carousel, Black brie & brie breaker)
    example:
Cow casino gets played allowing me to un-tap Raging bull, Carnage cow, Dairy truck driver, Cowboy cow & cowboy cow's cow respectively. This allows me to play raging bull ahead of time, so his damage can be powered up by carnage cow's moo murder mode resulting in him having +18 attack. Then the dairy truck driver collects all cheese type cards at that time giving him +30 attack overall. Then the cowboy cow set gets a +5 attack bonus before cowboy cow gets run over by dairy truck driver due to his clumsy nature. this consequently sets cowboy cow's cow into a frenzy for +15 attack due to his bond with cowboy cow, as well as inheriting his then at the time +7 attack due to the prior bond leaving him with +23 attack, enough to brutally murder the dairy truck driver & inherit his +30 attack giving him +53 attack. However due to cowboy cow's cow being in frenzy mode as well as raging bull, he can transfer his +53 attack to raging bull giving him +71 attack. Allowing for further deck setup to allow for a truly bovine cheese tasting phase.

Good strat but I like to use Limburger roll with my special extra churn magic card. Normally Limburger roll adds half a cards attack power to itself. But with extra churn that power is doubled (tripled if the card had been powered up in a prior turn). With ur strat, Raging Bull gets +177 Attack power. Only my friend tried to use this special strat but I had a Cowcounter magic card, countering that crazy damage back at him so I won the game. I don't think you guys understand the power of industry cards. 4 Toll Booths with Income Tax equipments can completley lock out a dariy farmer and stop the cheese tasting phase entirety. Then, because you can't attack without a successful cheese tasting; I'm free to build up my dairy dollar engine and buy up all my most powerful cows in the span of a few turns. Then run a few 'Sab-Moo-Tage's to destroy your opponents industry without fear of gettimg Countercow'ed (because Countercow only protects your cows and not industry) and a few workers to search out the combo peices: and you have completely locked out your opponents from doing anything to you while building a near impenetrable board.

That's why I used to prefer making redundancy based decks over combo based decks, back when I played. Sure I'd have a few neat combinations in there maybe but never anything I needed the last turn to build up to... always just more of the stuff I was already doing. Most people would run toolboxes-enough against a few copies of any one type of thing. Never quite enough to deal with proper relentlessness, though. That's what I found anyway.
Game was mtg and I started with Judgment and stopped when the planeswalkers happened. Felt like a different game, wasn't into it at all any more. Done a couple of casual games with friends since with random cobbled together decks made only of proper cards but wouldn't go anywhere near anything competitive again. I took 5th in a 64 person offline tournament once (that I wasn't even properly prepared for... but all the netdeckers were just THAT damn predictable)... that'll do, that's fine. Played the online thing a little bit when it came out and game feels like gambling now, much more than it used to. Used to feel at least somewhat strategic. Bleh to it. Much more into D&D now, don't have the balancing issues with that (well you do I guess, they just aren't anywhere near as important).
My favourite wins still remain the time I brought monoblue beatdown to the local group and said nothing and just let them hold back expecting countermagic that never came. Funny as hell. Wouldn't get that sort of nuance these days, everything's way too fast and 'efficient', you'd just run ultra-rares that do both things twice as much without costing any more.
You can tell I'm a little bitter with the way it turned out huh. lol had my fun though while it lasted

I remember one of my first yugioh matches. This dude was wiping the floor with me and I couldn't stop him his monsters were completely superior to mine. Then he summoned a red eyes black dragon to finish me off. I said what a good card that was. Then I remembered I had a trap hole that specifically targets large summons like that. Basic common as dirt started deck trap card. It took out his dragon and he had no other monsters. On my turn I was able to attack with all of my little dinky monsters and destroy him. Total fluke, if he hadn't been trying to show off he would have crushed me.

It's usually worse when either your opponent either takes pity on you, wants to show you the other cards/combos they could use to make you miserable, or don't have all the cards for the combo they REALLY want to use so your stuck like that for several turns, though occasionally if they don't have too much of a lockdown on you or the heart of the cards finally works for you, you can pull of an oh so satisfying win and ruin their fun.
