OK but what are you the life coach using on a daily basis are you using the antiviral or this new medication lysin? I do take the information you’re saying with a grain of salt that not everything that works for you would work for everyone but what is it that you would recommend is the smoking gun if you’re trying to go without protection.
Of course, do what works for you! Some people don't do anything and they don't get outbreaks at all! Lysine could help, but maybe you won't really notice difference.

Do you need to still take medications if you never have had an outbreak I only found out when I was pregnant before it became a molar pregnancy
You don't need to take the antivirals. They're always optional. Your body is totally capable of dealing with outbreaks on their own.
