@@jugheadsruleYep, Lee was about 140 kph to 145 kph on the One Day scene in 2011. Rarely he could hit 150 kph or over this speed by then. However in 2015 Big Bash, I saw him bowl one ball in the game at 149kph.
It was a warm up game of 2011 world cup @ Bengaluru. I remember this match for 2 reasons. 1) I was there at the stadium. 2) Justin Langer their coach at that time give me one kookaburra white ball which I still have with me.
Morkel looks much more impressive than from the usual camera angle. He seems to get pace off the wicket and looks a nightmare to face. Tait is running in a lot faster than it looks like on the normal footage.
1:17 How quick and scary was that?? That much bounce on an indian wicket,, that was really banged in by tait.. also imagine facing an attack with lee, johnson and tait in it!!! Whoa...
most probably this match is from wc2011 ,,, the bgm and the pacy attack made it feel like a war is going on... when two high class aggressive bowling attacks take the field, the pitch just seems to go out of the equation ,,, be it flat track slow track bouncy track seaming track whatever it is, u r bound to feel the heat ... now a days the most of the results are all abt home conditions and pitch
Tait's action is the most difficult to face. If any bowler can get replicate and improve his action,he is bound to be the best the game has seen. Only if he corrects it by having a braced front leg and a slightly closer to the ear arm while delivering the ball and closer to the umpire as well.
Long focal lengths and offset angles definitely mess with your perception of speed a lil' bit and make Lee, Steyn and Johnson look like "manageable" pace for a weekend warrior (which is obviously untrue). Says a lot about just how next-level Tait was that he still manages to look horrifying quick here.
Just because of being bowled by him while batting with a broken hand, you make your thinking that he cant bat aginst him? Fool. Sideeffects of watching cricket on youtube
One of the great eras of cricket, both teams where top notch. Miss those days, the game seems manufactured and fleeting now. I think T20 is ruining cricket.
Ye Jo log keh rhe h pace bohot Hai bohot Hai mana pace Hai but Jo regular khelta h uske liye reaction time utni bhi kum nahi pace TV me zyada dikhti h as compare to real while playing
This is what you don't see on live tv. The sheer pace 🔥😮 reaction time is so low for the batsman
I wish they showed this angle more often in international cricket. They used to in the good old days.
No
this is for public in stadium view we are shown umpire view as a tv audience
Brett Lee had the best action of them all
This feels like these guys just retired with the blink of my eyes .. wanted to see more from them but its just a dream now 😢
Morkel honestly surprised me the most here. Looks crazy fast and steep bounce. Tait looks fastest but he's all over the shop.
yea morkel was more of a mid 130s to 140 bowler but at times he could really ramp it up to the late 140s to 150.
IDK. Morkel looks about low 140s here. Not crazy fast. Lee not express here either, but he was in his mid 30s by then.

Shaun Tait is by far the quickest of all all the bowlers on show here
And more wrong line too
He is not the quickest by far, him and Lee bowled around the same pace
@@ricko2301in this video he is at this time brett was bowling around 145

Man Lee is quick as hell❤❤
Lee was in his 30s here not as quick as he was pre 2006
Bret Lee omg 🔥🔥🔥
This gives us a perfect example of how fast the ball is
Out of all these Shaun taut seems very fast
2011 CWC Warm up game at Bengaluru. I remember vividly 🎉. So beautiful memories. India 🇮🇳 played NZ 🇳🇿 at Chennai and Australia 🇦🇺 at Bengaluru..❤️
Lee is Just Art in Motion

All great fast bowlers
Love this! Tait is bowling serious heat there!

The ball after was an absolute seed aswel!
@@008CHEZ absolutely!!
Now I completely understand why batsmen dread beamers. Imagine Brett Lee bowling a beamer from this angle
Morkle looks like a nightmare to face. Pace bounce and always on the money.
It seems more exciting to watch than tv screen because it shows real pace. Isn't it....
Now i understand why batsmen hate very tall bowlers
All GOATs in a single video
😮😮😮❤❤❤❤❤
I would love to have been at that game with Steyn, morkel, tate and Lee in one game!! Wouldn't care for the score
Old Days are Gold,
LG & Karizama ZMR Sponcer..
❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍👌👌👍👍
Tait looked fastest
Testament to the skill of international level batsmen.. i have absolutely no idea how you survive against pace like that
Agreed. It baffles me how these batsmen even face them, let alone score 1000s of runs
thats why they are professionals
What an angle👌👌👌
thank you for this vid
Thx a million
Thanks a lot
How quickly and fast shaun Tait is😮
Great video
tait is so quick
Different angles but from my perspective Lee was the quickest.
At that time,SOUTH AFRICA WAS THE BEST TEST TEAM ..ALMOST INVINCIBLE IN ALL FORTS
Gold video
Morkel looked horrendous to face

And you played what level of cricket? Clown!
Look at the form of the Australian bowler's sessh , despite of that yuvraj singh smashed them all over the park in the semi- finals
Man this seems so fast…
Steyn looks scary
Brett lee action ❤ so perfect, pure cool 😎
Didn't realise how weird Graeme Smith's stance was until now
Shaun tait is quickest of all
2011 wc warm up match
which ground is this ? I didnt know they made these kinds of tracks here in India .... very fast wicket .
ok, thats scary
When we watch the match the bowl seems a lot slower than it actually is ….
Brett Lee
Imagine facing Tait, Lee and Johnson all in the same innings 😨
Name of background music please
Real
Need to show this to all the amateur armchair warriors that are hurling advice at the TV. That pace is absolutely insane.
What would be even better angle is a live stump cam or helmet cam
1:17 speed
What's the music name?
Shaun Tait reminds me of me when I was playing (although, a good 10 mph + faster)... quick, but all over the place 😂
2011
Steyn, morkel, johnson, Lee n Tait..... There are days you dont want to be a batsman.
personally I wouldn't want to face any of them.
who was more quick lee or tait?

This is real fast bowling.. Let Indian batsmen face this kind of bowling and then we will see if they can make double hundred at ease
Graeme Smith as usual clueless against Mitchell Johnson 😂

Too quick for me. Come one.

Slowest by quite a way
Morkel looks a nightnmare to face

Smith batting like a No. 11. Very frustrating.
nasty
Smith looks awkward from every angle
