Their truck life makes your van look like Taj Mahal lol. Can’t believe two adults and two big dogs living in that truck. But to each their own! As long as they are happy
I know they are so happy but I'm concerned for them. Not being able to close the bottom of the truck is dangerous when they are sleeping.

In my opinion, I think they live in their truck part time. They are clearly social media influencers and probably only display the highlights of their truck life. That would be too hard to live in that truck.

Mark and Kate my Husband and I have an enclosed cab (windows on both sides)with front additional lock box containers by the hitch if you are interested. We bought it to pull behind our jeep on the Rubicon but no longer need it. We're off the 395 towards the pass.

Great video. Fresh noodles just need to be in hot boiling water for 2-4 minutes versus dry noodles for several minutes. So when you put em in room temperature water for 10 minutes that actually made them wet for too long and broke up the noodles. Enjoy watching your journey! :-)

I am really glad you had a better time with superbloom 2023. I drove 1.5 hours there twice and barely saw a bud.
If you were in Santa Barbara, keep going to Pismo beach.There is a butterfly reserve. I showed up before a big rain and they were hunkered down for it. I went back and it was reallllly amazing. I had a 300 zoom lens wished I had a stronger one to get up close and personal.

If you take InterState I5 North towards Bellingham, WA out of Seattle, you will run into tulip fields. I am not sure when they are in full bloom but it is a beautiful site to see all the different colors, so you might want to check that out!

Wow, the antelope Valley looks beautiful. I’ve been camping out there for 20+ years with friends, riding dirt, bikes and stuff and I’ve never seen it that green! Usually it is a brown dust bowl! With wind and the wind comes from all directions in that valley so you can’t even block it with your van lol. Glad you had a great time and saw the super bloom, always enjoy your videos. Thanks again!
Come up to Grass Valley / Auburn CA, there is alot of cool stuff to see up here, especially in the summer. Rivers with Turquoise/blue crystal clear water. Short underwater caves that you can swim through. Lots of old school mines to check out. Some ghost sites in Nevada City, which is 15 min from Grass Valley, CA.

Was there in Antelope valley for the superbloom and it was spectacular, and saw people staying in their vans in the middle of the bloom. Thought it was an amazing time to have a van and be on the road for stuff like that.

Tip: when preparing fresh rice noodles, I usually take out of the packet & microwave for 1-2 minutes on a plate to ‘soften’. Then separate into individual strips before cooking. It helps to keep them together without breaking 👍

@@MitchellBPYao yep, once the noodles are softened & separated they can be cooked the same way - heated through with the sauce (depending on the freshness of the noodles, they might require a bit of additional liquid to cook through)

Cook with another oil and use sesame at the end for flavor. Sesame oil can get toxic at high heat.
