@@Brrrrrrr21 yeah g. I have had the reel for about a month now. It takes a few days to break in , but the casting has become smoother and quieter. I still need to put oil and grease on it haha. I bought mine at 180 right now they are 133 I would get 1 right now. I have the old model before they modified it for the public at the new price. I don’t know about the new teaks but this model is solid as f, and built like a brick. I would definitely get this reel for 133 or a silver feather elite for 99. What ever is good. The dk100 hasn’t given me any problems. Super solid. The silver feather cast a lil smoother but this dk100 isn’t far behind by much. You can always change the hardware on this reel. Yeah I fish the California aqueduct often. Great for stripper and bass. I like the drag on the reels when the fish takes line.
