Even during the most tragic moments, you still put much effort into teaching the Ukrainian language. Today is the national day of Sweden, a fine day to celebrate yellow and blue, but today is also a vert tragic day for Ukraine with the destruction of the Kakhovka dam. I feel like I can do nothing to help, and my heart aches because of the unnecessary damage caused by the Russians, but you always remind me that we have to stay strong and determined. Sir, Nova Kakhovka dam was destructed, but using Слава Україні! is not right way to acknowledge such an event.
Awful events. Seeing the video of the zookeeper crying uncontrollably after realising hundreds of her animals had drowned is one of the saddest things i've ever seen in my life. I want to do something to help so badly. God bless Ukraine

I see what you're trying to say, but uttering the words "слава україні" has nothing to do with glorifying destruction in this case. Thank you for this video, it's so useful to have all the variations clearly explained in one place. As for future topics, *if* there's any rhyme or reason to the stress shifts in noun declension, I'd love to know... not just because it would help me memorise new vocabulary, but also because I find it a fascinating feature of the Ukrainian language. 💙💛

I have a question about the singular and plural forms for radish, radishes. I’ve seen two answers.
1. редька -> ?
2. редис. -> редиси
Yes, both feminine (1) and masculine (2).
Option 1 might be ruzzian influenced.

Редька - редьки. Наприклад, "Вкопав трохи редьки" (на огороді). "Дайте кілограм редьки" (на ринку)
Редис - редису (it depends). Наприклад, "Багато редису", ""Дайте кілограм редису" (на ринку).

I’d like to see a video on different accents of Ukraine assuming they exist
They do exist, and I've noticed a number of Ukrainian bloggers make videos about accents and dialects, but... in Ukrainian. Some have autotranslate, some don't. Inna posted something about slang from Western Ukraine a while ago.
@@1midnightfish I'd be very interested to hear about the different regional accents! I don't speak enough Ukrainian to watch a video in Ukrainian though
I have been working with Duolingo and they just expect me to pick it up. I can tell I will learn faster with specific study if grammar.

go back to the blogs and showing stuff and the tours. the teaching stuff is lame.
To the many people all over the world currently learning Ukrainian, these language videos are interesting and useful, and Inna is a very good teacher. Apart from the appallingly rude tone of your comment, I also think you may have got her mixed up with someone else, because as far as I know she has only or mostly posted teaching videos since well before the start of the full-scale invasion.
