All of their baked goods look like works of art. We need these types in the states. Each element of every dessert is carefully thought out.
The problem is (like with the first one) the more of a work of art it is, the dryer it is. The cakes are so dry (more like bread) so they can cut it up and work with it, that they have to put syrup on it for flavor and to make it edible. I’d rather have a less interesting, moister cake

They don’t have GMOs and tons of chemicals in their food like we do. I lived in Japan for sometime and I figured I was going to gain weight, but I actually lost 13 pounds!

@@Sebadoh1994 This is wrong. GMO has no bearing on weight gain or loss. Japanese and Korean people just eat less than western counterparts. Serving sizes are way smaller there.
These people make Beautiful desserts and they are skilled and hard workers.
I always wonder what bakeries and kitchens do with the scrappy cut off bits they leave when they cut stuff to look nice. Like taking the tops off those cakes to make them flat. I hope they give them to hungry people or doggos or something
In the bakery I worked with, we made cake pops out of excess cake! Just by mixing it with a little frosting, forming a ball, then covering them in all kinds of chocolate. I hear a lot of bakeries do this.

The ingredients were on a scale, but the way they eyeballed the cutting of the bread. Other ppl use the little bar things to measure how much they'll cut, but this person just free handed it and got it PERFECT. My mouth dropped lol
