- We finally put our Sierra 500T shear back together, just to find out the engine is still bad! We were able to move the machine from the middle of our scrap yard, and now we can utilize that space to become more efficient. Hopefully, in the next couple weeks we will get the engine torn back apart and fixed correctly. Thank you for watching!
Also we would be watching you all day long as you feed it and making big piles of metal into small piles.. Would be cool. My dad worked a couple yards when I was a kid. When the shredders hit the yards all us kids watched for hours..
Can't wait to see it up and running.
I have no idea how I missed this video. 🤷 you boys are always busy. 👍👍
I like how you intro your videos. You seem like a warm positive man. I subed to say thank you.
Great video.
Dam sorry I forgot to mention. You mentioned that one of the guys dropped something on the electrical panel. Unfortunately that's the price you pay for owing a business. I'm sure that you know that shit happens and that's all there is to it. You sound like a great guy to work for. 👍🇨🇦🔧
Lots of challenges.
Awesome video content
BLACK SNAKE CENTRAL,, WORKING MAN.😬
I'm not sure if you did it on purpose or not but it was a good idea to leave the intake open. I have seen so many start ups and it pins itself aka run away and other than smashing the fuel line off and putting something over the intake. That's really the only way to do it if it runs away. It's a little bit of a different situation but in my 30 plus years as a heavy truck mechanic I've seen turbos go for a shit and pours oil in the intake and fills up the air to air core. Alot of guys say nah it will be fine I don't need to take it off and wash it out. Most times if you don't there is almost a certain chance it will. There's nothing like seeing a diesel at 8 or 9000rpms. Sorry funny story then I will shut up. Anyway a couple of years ago a guy did a turbo and nah it's fine. Then he backed in outside the shop to run it up. He got out of the truck and went back in the shop and by the time he got the bay door closed it took off and that was that. I'm not one of those told you so guys but I was sure thinking it 😂. As you know I just subbed up recently and I have been going back through to watch the video's. That's probably the reason I'm committing one year old video's. I haven't came across one single video that I didn't like. 👍🇨🇦
Never to be used again
Seems more cost effective to get a new shredder and stop throwing money away fixing antique equipment.
