Watched the first 100 Q&A series of videos, but now only here to confirm that I passed my exam yesterday scoring AT/AT/AT. There can be no doubt that these videos and the Udemy PMP course is invaluable in preparing for the PMP exam. Thank You Andrew!
@@TrinanjanDutta Hi, I found the actual exam to be less difficult than I expected. There are some tricky questions, but in general I found it easier than the 'Difficult' and 'Expert' levels on PMI StudyHall. A bit trickier though than Andrew R's practice questions. Good Luck!
For question 106, I didn't think "A" would have been the answer, maybe cause of the wordings. I would have expected the wordings to be something like, "Organize intermittent "virtual" gathering ......' But with the current wording, it sounds as if to organize a gathering where every team member will colocate (which is not possible due to team members being dispersed in different geographical locations). Just my thought
For Question 106 the correcte answer is B not A as the almost same question is in SH PMI and they choose to have a meeting in the same adequate time for all the remote team
So if a member team in spain and the other in usa from your answer we should gather them and invite them from different countries !! Do u read it well AR ?
Hi Andrew, I saw question somewhere related to business environment, and i was not satisfied with the answer they said was right. Here is the question: Following a re structure in your organisation, the agile team will loose 3 members from its 9 membered team. The sponsor has asked the project manager to still complete the project on time. What is the best course of action for the project manager? A. Work with the stakeholders to prepare a new roadmap to meet the original project completion date with reduced scope. B. Alternatively assign the other team members to work overtime. C. Re distribution of tasks among other team members to work overtime to meet the original completion date. D. Create and update issue logs for instance where planned work is not completed due to reduced resources. Could you please let me know what answer do u think is best and why?
In question 101, please correct me if I'm wrong, the root cause of the problem was identified and explicitly stated by a key stakeholder as "missing requirements, an impact analysis" Wouldn't carrying out the analysis the best course of action? After all, OPA stated in answer two is not necessarily a 'project management plan' so to speak.... Furthermore, i4 was also sited in the question stem that the agency provided funding previously upon receipt of a similar assessment of sorts... Please advise... In my opinion, B was a better course of action.
For question 102, the correct answer is C but why does the explanation at the bottom of the screen after the answer is revealed is about choice B (external consultant)? 🙃
Same in question #105, explanation refers to B. Then....I ran the question in ChatGpt, Gemini, and Perplexity, they all answered C. 😮 I am now confused 😢

Just my thought
I have exactly the same thought, unless the project has the budget and time for intermittent collocation - hence B was my answer
definitely the wording because even reading within the context as he mentioned still would not yield the answer A
same thought
You are absolutely right. I have the same thought because it should mention something like online or a synonym of it for the selection of A
Much apprecaited
Good questions and comparable to practice exam by PMI - 7/10
