I love the video, this is THE BEST of the instruction video for looping tools, thank you so much! I am still struggling with actually closing the loop all the way. Maybe I need more practice to close it. It definitely helps to have your comments on which gauge wire works.

Hey, you did a wonderful job on the presentation! Now I just want to get that Looper and start creating! You are very clear on the use of the instrument and offered some great tips. Thank you and continue to show us more tools!
I'm left handed and can use this just fine. It's a really good tool to use. I was able to purchase it in three different loop sizes. It saves me a lot of time when making necklaces.
I just got one of these and they are the coolest tool ever. Making loops is so much easier now. Especially for those that have problems with their hands and have trouble using regular pliers.
I see a lot of people complaining about it not closing the loop, the tool will close the loops, it just takes some manipulation while using the tool. It really is a great tool and I wish I had bought one long ago,
The fact the loop is not fully closed is a cost savings for me. My customers can choose from my 260+ dangle earring designs and they then choose what they want. Posts, Lever Backs, etc. I then make them the way that they want. 14K gold & .925 Silver can put a strain on the budget. Customers also like the fact that they have been a part of the process of a custom piece without the usual high price for custom.
I make a lot of Rosaries, which means 118 eye pins made with round nose pliers. It usually takes me about 6 hours if I use round beads, and after the Rosary is together I go over the eye pins to make sure they are basically the same size. A one step looper would be great in saving me time.
I have the tool and I also have a problem with the loop remaining open but to me it’s easier than wrapping it myself I can take my pliers and close the loop later
I still love mine although the loops are small but I made and absolutely beautiful rosary with it and it was nice that it didn't close the eyepin all the way because I had to join them and because the loops were the exact same size it made the rosary hang just perfectly :-)
You're welcome! Glad it was helpful! You can also post pictures of what you create on our Facebook group for beading and jewelry-making! Thank you for showing how it works I was thinking about get this last year but now I have got better at making my eye pen 😊💯as so the story open I will be there again thank you.
Thanks for the video. I'd probably use another pliers to close the gap when finished. But I can appreciate a tool like that because of a hurting my wrist and not being able to turn it in certain positions.
This looks awesome, I just saw it in a couple magazines yesterday and am going to order one. Great video and explanation of it all...also great name. I am Ali too..lol
The loops this tool forms are not precise in size. Too much wire shows after 2 loops are formed. Is there a better tool on the market? Is the Vintaj bead looper tool better?
I got mine at AcMoore and used a 40% off coupon making it extremely affordable! I agree the loops could be a tad bigger, but I still love it and can put it to use. Maybe just with thinner wire :)
Are the loops big enough to link multiple eye pins you make together into an easy moving bracelet ....I'm worried will the loops be too small for this type of project??
I don't know what I am doing wrong. I follow the directions exactly. But my loops do not come out round. They are more teardrop shaped. Can you advise?
Idk I had high hopes to use one tool. Now I literally just got it and used it twice... Right away its made right handed. The loop is perfect but hard for me to hold. The closing tip helps. But I'm having an issue taking it off the pin. Maybe I'm putting it in too far but it gets like stuck. I'll practice more
I was completely torn about 1 min into watching this, keep watching or leave TH-cam and buy the looper .... TH-cam... looper, Looper, TH-cam ... decisions decisions ! 🤨🤩 thx for the great vid ! 😘😘
My mom has one of those and she loves it but did say she wished the looper made the exact sized loop as a standard eye pin so that both ends would be uniform.
I have this looper tool in three sizes. I may be making a mistake in the way I use this tool in that it doesn't completely close up a loop. However, it is a good starting point in creating a loop is to place my needle nose pliers into the partial loop and then finish closing up the loop. It is a great tool, though.
Thanks for sharing, that was very helpful! You are right, the tool does not completely close the loop but it is a great starting point for beginners or for people who have arthritis or other types of hand/arm pain. Thank you for watching!
It's still an outstanding tool for the beginner as myself. You must realize that everyone is not like you. A positive comment on your behalf would have been nice.
I'm wondering if you mean the "easy ear wire maker" from FDJtool. item md100. I just ordered it, along with the wire looping tool. They both look so cool!
If you have eye pins that are too short, the tool won't be able to make the second loop after your bead. It's designed to firm the loop and cut at the same time, hence one step looper.
you can simply take a pliers and open the loop (pull it perpendicular to the loop) enough to slide another loop in. You might benefit from watching some of our Intro to Wire Working (Part 1) videos
Well you would only use this tool for a heavier gauge wire where coiling is not required. For anything over 20g, yes you might as well just stick with traditional coiling methods.
Hello! Allie will have a live event every Friday and she will be glad to answer this. You may also put some comments on that day for her to answer you your other beading questions.
+Potomac Bead Company I put a link up because she talks like a Fed Ex delivery commercial and makes the thing look useless! Watch the way the guy does it in Cool Tools link. She talks too fast.
Lemon Squishy I agree. and I have to stop watching and adjust my volume because all she does when she talks fast is suck her spit and I HATE that sound right in my ears! it's disgusting! plus, clock how long this process takes. WAY faster using pliers.
I got this at a dog thrift store for a dollar. I thought they were dog nail clippers. Glad I google lensed this lmao because it didn't look quite right.
Has anyone tried this with 16g Copper wire? Looking for a way to make bails on pendants after there formed. I use looping pliers and also round nose ones, but looking for a more even size than my shaking hands can make.
Hello there! Yes, sometimes there is a tendency for there to be too much "neck" or the loops aren't closed all the way. However for beginners this is a good starting point. This is also a great tool for those who have arthritis or other hand/wrist problems.
I do like this tool. I love that I can make my own . I don't like the price 30.00. each! and I understand there's now 3 sizes. that gets pricey. I don't like the idea of multiple heads either.

I love the 1 step wire looper tool. I had a expo last weekend and I had to make a lot of earrings. This tool was a amazing!
I have 3 different sizes of this tool and it has saved me so much time and no more guess work.
Yours is the best description and video showing all aspects of the looper tool.

I just bought this tool, but I didn't know all the neat little tricks that it could do!!! Thanks for the demo, this was great information!!!!

I just ordered mine yesterday. I cannot wait! :)
This is a great tool to have because it can save your hands from repetitive motion when doing a lot of loops. Great video as alwats👍
I have arthritis in my hands this item helps me because most of the loops I make are distorted so now I can work faster thanks
Rose Lesniewicz I have it too and I don’t have much grip strength and I could see where it would make them look real pretty.
I make a lot of Rosaries, which means 118 eye pins made with round nose pliers. It usually takes me about 6 hours if I use round beads, and after the Rosary is together I go over the eye pins to make sure they are basically the same size. A one step looper would be great in saving me time.
Bella Bella I make lots of Rosaries too!
👍💜💙❤👍
Bella Bella I bought this tool but I never use it. I prefer my round nose/concave pliers because they're much quicker and I don't waste any wire.
I have the tool and I also have a problem with the loop remaining open but to me it’s easier than wrapping it myself I can take my pliers and close the loop later
Best demonstration i have seen for this tool! Saves me so much time!
That is wonderful to hear
EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! Thank You!!! Bought mine abt a month ago and FINALLY now able to use it!! 🤩🤩🤩 SUPER Excited!!!!
Enjoy it!!!

I love my Looper. Best tool I have.

Hello
In this tool they have a 3 sizes. Suggest me the perfect size for making earrings.
This one makes 2mm loops.

Very well explained 10/10 ❤

Do you have the wire looping tool? the one that makes ear wires?
I need that one too.
is there any way to use this tool to "speed" your way through? like lining up all your beads on a wire, then cutting only what you need?
I got mine at AcMoore and used a 40% off coupon making it extremely affordable! I agree the loops could be a tad bigger, but I still love it and can put it to use. Maybe just with thinner wire :)

I'm wondering if you mean the "easy ear wire maker" from FDJtool. item md100. I just ordered it, along with the wire looping tool. They both look so cool!
Sorry do not know of a non-machine tool that does that, but will suggest it to Beadsmith next we talk to them.
Having a hard time getting it to cut the wire on my short 17mm eye pins. Instead of cutting it creates another bend. Any helpful tips?
If you have eye pins that are too short, the tool won't be able to make the second loop after your bead. It's designed to firm the loop and cut at the same time, hence one step looper.
I use wire looping pliers to make all my loops. The tool is one half round nose and one half concave. So much easier and less wire wastage.
where can we buy the fatima pliers
Please, how can you put the ring inside another, as shown in the picture? Thank you!
you can simply take a pliers and open the loop (pull it perpendicular to the loop) enough to slide another loop in. You might benefit from watching some of our Intro to Wire Working (Part 1) videos
That is awesome ,I love it because I can do by hand that little ring ,I'm going to buy it, thank you so much for share with us your wonderful ideas.
Wonderful!
which size looper would be best for making rosaries?
It really just depends upon your preference for loop size, but likely the smaller loops will hold more securely.
Well you would only use this tool for a heavier gauge wire where coiling is not required. For anything over 20g, yes you might as well just stick with traditional coiling methods.
I make rosary's and I find when making the bead with caps I could not get a snug fit.Is there a trick to it?

^_^
Amazon's out of stock, Ebay has them for $20
the probblem is while it may close ok often you're left with too much 'neck' left as you can't get close enough to the bead to shorten it enough
Hello there! Yes, sometimes there is a tendency for there to be too much "neck" or the loops aren't closed all the way. However for beginners this is a good starting point. This is also a great tool for those who have arthritis or other hand/wrist problems.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE YELLOW LOOPER AND THIS ONE?THANKS
The 1 step loopers come in a few different diameters, so the color indicates different diameter (loop) size.
Thank you for demonstration

Hey just bothers me that it does not make a closed loop it looks pretty open to me
I think that's just so that you can link it to another loop, then you close it fully with your chain nose pliers.

I really like this tool. I bought it in Dec. and it broke today.
$30?! I would pay more for that looper simply because it would be so helpful.
I like it, but I like the look of twists around my I pins.
I also think $30 bucks is too much...should be $15.00
What A Rip Off..
That helps a lot and super thanks
Thank you, Kristina.
Great. 👍
Awesome
I can't get the hang of this tool, my eye pins come out needed to much work after. Lol
Keep trying; you can do it! We have a FB page called The Beady Bunch. Come find us.
Great Price.. I bought mine from Michael's.. Paid $32.00.. Wish I would have found this site earlier.
Ebay has the exact one for $20 free shipping.
Get a 40o/o off regular price coupon from hobby lobby. I saved 11.00 on mine. &Ringandthings.com has it for 20.00
Is it just me? These loops don't look that great to me at all, and it seems clunkier than just using a looping plier where all you really need to do is squeeze. Plus all those little bits cut during the process are a waste. For consistency with your round nose pliers just mark the plier and wrap around the mark for every loop you make.
