I managed to find the solution, sir. By removing "~$" from the path, this error message can be eliminated. Good thing is, data from the file which is being used, still can be extracted.

1. There is no defined limitations. It is purely based on your system memory and architecture. 2. Also you will have to consider the row and column limitations of the Excel file for your outputs.

While working in this concept commonly the column or row name can be the same in different workbooks. But the Tab name should differ right. So I got the confusion.
