Beautiful C24, I built a similar C-14 painted gloss gray with black wheels, full metal. Working on a full metal C24 painted Dark Gun Metal for my son and plan to build another C-14 for rain and mud. You made a really great crawling video as well. Your truck looks fantastic 👍🏾👍🏾

I did similar upgrades (upgraded the servo and motor and tires on top of what you did, minus the metal axles, I use the stock plastic ones) but mine performs MUCH worse. I'm amazed by how well yours is doing with the stock motor and transmission. I put in a 260 motor in mine and it's nowhere near as capable as your seems to be. I tried a 1050 and an 850 2S battery, and same performance. I kept the stock axles to save on some weight on the 260 motor, but going by your video, I did something wrong. Thanks for posting this.
Hi did you change the stock tires?
The 260 motor doesn't have the torque the 180 has. If you want to upgrade and get good climbing out of your truck get the softer kit tires and get the 370 motor with single speed transmission or if you are trying to trail with it get the 2 speed transmission instead. Something else you can do to weigh down your front end is buy thin solder and wrap it around your rims then put your tires on this will help keep the front end on the ground during a climb.
Not all 180 created equal, mine came with 180 motor and my wpl c24 could not climb over my flip flops lol. Got a 370 motor and all good to go!l

semua motor 180 kalis air, kecuali jangan di pakai di lumpur yang berpasir, bisa bikin macet motornya,
iya itu esc 20a plug and play pakai remote apa saja, yang di pairing cuma receiver remotnya.
tapi esc 20a tidak kalis air, harus bikin sendiri kalis air.
kalo mau pake servo apa harus coak body mas?
bawaannya kan sudah pakai servo yg versi baru, kalo c24 yg lama memang belum pakai
