We did a felt Christmas tree when my kids were that age, with felt ornaments they can put on it. We hung it on the wall.
When my daughter was a toddler I found a peel and stick Christmas tree that we were able to stick to her wall. It also came with peel and stick ornaments. At the end of the season I was able to remove the Christmas tree easily which was a relief I was worried about sticky residue. I loved it, it kept her entertained for a while.
Great idea for Oliver's room is a felt tree with the felt ornaments he can decorate the tree himself!! My littles loved it!!
I can't wait to decorate for Christmas. Merry early Christmas.

Love you and Whitney! Try Big Lots for Christmas flannel sheets and for the pumpkins, I’ve read Vaseline rubbed on the cutouts works to preserve for a while 🤷🏻♀️

Spray your pumpkins 🎃 with bleach and water 💦. Make sure you spray the bottom as well.. let dry completely. That preserves your pumpkin 🎃. Recipe looks so delish . Will try that tonight.

I host Thanksgiving so I usually don't decorate until the day after. I have put my tree up before Thanksgiving though. I've always heard that you can put Vaseline on the cut parts of the jack o lantern to preserve it. Never tried it! I put up a skinny tree with lights and a winter white woodland theme in my bedroom for Christmas. So pretty and cozy!

You should look for flannel sheets at bass pro. We get ours there and even order some online from them. LOVE them! And they wash and hold up well so far for us used them last year too.

I love watching Christmas videos but I don’t put up Christmas trees or decor until the day after Thanksgiving ! I have my family over for Thanksgiving & I don’t want my Christmas decorations up for Thanksgiving. I want yo celebrate them separately! I do leave my Christmas tree & decor up until the end of January so I enjoy it longer.

Christmas is my favorite time of the year. This year I'll be decorating early due to my mid November surgery!
We usually decorate the evening of Thanksgiving, but I'll only be 9 days post op. So we're going to decorate the first week of November! 🎄🎅
