    ✨Written pattern below.✨
I definitely need written instructions and saw others needed it, so I watched the whole video and wrote instructions on paper.
I hope this helps others who need to read and see what's happening. It's not written like a regular pattern.
Abbreviations because I'm typing this on my phone:
    ch = chain
    sc = single crochet
    sl st = slip stitch
bl sl st = back loop slip stitch
    Instructions:
    Create a magic ring.
    Round 1:
    Sc 6 in magic ring
    (Total = 6 stitches)
    Round 2:
Sc the 6th stitch to join it with the 1st
Put a marker on that stitch
Sc 2 stitches into each stitch
    (Total = 12 stitches)
    Round 3:
Sc 2 in the marker stitch
Sc 1 in the next stitch
Repeat this pattern all around alternating 2 sc and 1 sc into the stitches.
    (Total = 18 stitches)
    Round 4:
Sc 2 in the marker stitch
Sc 1 in the 2nd stitch
Sc 1 in the 3rd stitch
    Repeat pattern (2, 1, 1) all around.
    (Total = 24 stitches)
    Round 5:
Sc 2 in the marker stitch
    Sc 1 in 2nd stitch
    Sc 1 in 3rd stitch
    Sc 1 in 4th stitch
    Repeat pattern (2, 1, 1, 1) all around.
    (Total = 30 stitches)
    Round 6:
    Sc 2 in marker stitch
    Sc 1 in 2nd stitch
    Sc 1 in 3rd stitch
    Sc 1 in 4th stitch
    Sc 1 in 5th stitch
    Repeat pattern (2, 1, 1, 1, 1) all around.
    (Total = 36 stitches)
    Rounds 7-55:
    Sc 1 in each stitch
(Total = 36 stitches each round)
**Suggested 55 rounds. You can make yours larger or smaller by increasing or reducing rounds.**
Sl st through the marked stitch
To make the optional ribbing pattern on top:
    Ch 6
Sc through the 2nd ch from the hook
    Sc through each chain
Sl st into the the stitch on the sock
Sl st into the next stitch on the sock
    Ch 1
    Turn work
Bl sl st through each vertical sc on ribbing (up)
Ch 1 when you get to the top
    Turn work
Bl sl st through each vertical sc on ribbing (down)
Sl st into the stitch on the sock
Sl st into the next stitch on the sock
    Ch 1
    Turn work
Repeat from ch 6 until you go around the whole sock
    Pull the yarn through
    Cut yarn
Using the yarn needle, attach both sides of the ribbing together
    Knot
Weave in the ends like usual
    Knot
    You're done 😁
(Kind of. You still need a second sock.)
I hope this helps others who need written instructions!
Please still watch the videos so she can get views and hours to boost her channel and make the TH-cam gods happy. 😌

En verdad muchas gracias por dar las instrucciones ya que yo hice Unos con otro tutorial pero hice uno en el talón más grande porque me perdí en los puntos y con este es mucho más fácil, gracias

Written instructions as well as stitch count after each row/round would be helpful to me as a beginner

It is very easy pattern... you can google it. The basic is the same. You start with MR - magic ring.
      1. ROUND - 6 SC (6)
      2. ROUND - 2 SC in each stitch (12)
      3. ROUND - 2 SC in the first stitch then 1 SC and repeat (18)
      4. ROUND - 2 SC in the first stitch then 2 SC and repeat (24)
      5. ROUND - 2 SC in the first stitch then 3 SC and repeat (30)
      6. ROUND - 2 SC in the first stitch then 4 SC and repeat (36)
That is all. You can do as many rounds/rows you want, depends on the desired lenght of your sock.
Turn on subtitles and change the video speed... it will help you to catch what she is saying and doing. ;)
