Just to clarify: the banner UR memories are good if you have Steampunk Bakugou, STR Bakugou, Fantasy Bakugou, Ojiro, Best Jeanist, Steampunk Deku, or Fantasy Tsuyu.

Relatively new player (started the in the last couple days of Nejire banner): It took me 2 full laps to get him, which was making me a little nervous compared to how quick moviedeku came home... but on that last 10 pull, I got 2 Steampunk Aizawa, 2 UR memories (one was a dupe, but still. The other was Quick Repairs), + 2 SRs, one of which was new (new SR is bad, dupe supposedly decent if DX iirc, but it did mean the multi count was 6 SR+, 4 of which were UR. not an expert on these rates but *I* think that's pretty good for one multi! admittedly rate up lol). So not too bad in the end.
+also got UR Inasa, Sero dupe, & Vigilante Deku (❤ he's my beloved vaguely demonic baby ❤), +4 other UR memories (1 eh dupe, rest new) total
