THOMAS BACKWARDS, SO ST. THOMAS IS NOT GETTING WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED, SO FOR YOUR INFORMATION YOU ARE CHATTING A BAG OF S**T , PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU MAKE STATEMENTS THAT YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT, THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT WAS SIGNED IN 2016 , MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM THE ST. This road construction doesn't have anything to do with Michelle Charles? 😢 Remember CHEC is working from a blueprint that was created by Stanley Consultant from the United States. There's an article on the Jamaica Information Service website: Gov't to Undertake Feasibility Study for South Coast Highway Project. July 29, 2012. Go and research it and get some knowledge 😊

Why the road from White Horses to Pamphret already falling apart! It's clear that they laud the asphalt too thin in some areas and laid the asphalt on "mud" in other areas. Plus, the number of leaking pipes! These pipes were just laid!!!
