in Mumbai you get such stalls in almost all areas where similar food is prepared in similar manner on rods mostly footpath or corners and they get paid in pennies because their customers are labourers, rikshawwalas, taxi walas, poor working class people 😢. this food is prepared with same effort but will sell at 10x the price. same effort but different rewards 😢.
In foreign countries all south asian countries people they identified themselves as indians because no one get respect other than indians all restaurants in London run by Bangladeshi and Pakistani but they told to people these are indian restaurants
I will come here next time I come to London, for sure!
