in Dotd Morro helped ninja and switched side. So I guess Morro should be on ninjas's side in DR S3. That would be more sensible than Harumi's switching side.
Morro is definitely coming back 💯 but I'm not sure if he will have his Airjitzu, that would be nice to see tho. I don't think him and Lloyd would have a fight but if they did it would be a short fight cause it's like what he said in DOTD "No you misunderstood.. I'm not here to fight you I'm here to warn you" except he would be helping him instead.
The Day Before Morro met Arin to have that chat. I honestly hope that the Writers are gonna behave respectfully with his return. He was an awesome written villain, who found inside hinself the power to forgive and redeem. It will be the biggest shame of them all if they destroy all the character development he made.
You should work with Flaming studio he has voice actors and you have the animation it could be good idea as he has his own show called Ninjago next gen which is in its 3rd season
