This saves my life!!! though i got few scratches from the first method, but the second really does the work. See the problem in my case was the only thing that could be removed was the metal thing, the glass and the rubber is somehow stuck in the lens. BUT WITH THE FLOSS, MAN! good thing I have an orthodontic kit with me. Thanks!
Thank you from Italy man! You saved me with that dental floss! It took a few seconds to remove them! I tried everything but the space was so narrow and nothing worked. I even tried to make my nails grow to catch those circles!

One more tip, putting the phone on a anti slip mat when performing the removal will makes everything easier as phone doesnt slid around on table

I am using this type of lens protectors but more expensive with tempered glass and I have not noticed any distortions, it works just fine, no scratches on them

thanks! Floss trick worked great and one piece of shattered glass was still stuck and cut the floss. carefully knocked it loose with the blunt end of tweezer, not the points

I just bought 3 different colors of that lens protector but I don't even know how to install them, much more how to take it off. After seeing your video it changes my mind. I'm not gonna put it in my camera lens anymore lol
The ring that encases the lens scratches pretty easy…. Also if you get a good protector the photo quality is top….(I use Spigen Optik)

I used the tweezer method, but held my phone on its side and put the tweezer at one point and popped it out and off so I wouldn’t slip on the phone. If I had slipped, I would’ve only slipped away from the phone not on it.

i put the protector lenses on my 14 Pro Max and wanted to get rid of them but didn't know how. Thank you and now i have successfully removed these useless lenses
They actually work fine. If you see a haze, just clean your lens no problem. Protection is fine, same reason photographers use UV filters

Though I do get what you’re saying BUT if I didn’t have these things on my camera lens I would have had a broken screen. As far as case goes, many people have apple official cases, which don’t have that camera part. Lastly the glare is from camera not being clean. I have had 3 lens protectors but never had a glare around my photos. Nice video. Very informative. Thank you!

Hi I recently purchased iPhone 13 and now it is showing two light sources when zoomed example:when I try to click picture of light bulb and I am zooming in it is showing 2 light bulbs (clear reflection of light portion) is it normal please help

Just get a better case. If you’re smart enough to buy the lens protector you should be smart enough to buy a case that protects your camera
Does this apply to the sparkle ones? I can’t remove these. Even took it to a phone place & the guy wasn’t able to remove them

Your viewers should see this BEFORE purchasing a phone from the Verizon store or one of the phone stores, because they are QUICK to talk customers into purchasing these ridiculous lens covers and before you can utter an objection, they have already glued the suckers onto the lenses and thrown away the packaging so you can't return them. BEWARE. ( This happened to me and I had to eat the $70 for the lens protectors and another $60 for a screen protector that I didn't really want. ).

Well I didn’t have one on my iPhone camera and my puppy got my phone and had it for less than 1 min and bit a hole right in the sapphire camera lens, so now I most definitely have one on it glue shmoo I had to buy a new iPhone

I use these protectors but i took out the glass before putting it on the camera 😂
The sapphire is not pure sapphire used by apple so it is not scratch resistant.

Il est tout à fait possible de changer la vitre de protection de votre objectif. Car peu de gens le savent mais c'est déjà une vitre de protection. Alors il faut aller chez un réparateur de téléphone mobile qui va retirer la vitre cassée et la remplacer par une neuve ou acheter un "Kit: Vitres, plus colle, et petits outillages" et le faire vous-mêmes. N'allez pas chez Apple car ils vont vous dirent de tout changer la face arrière de votre Apple (Ils ont essayé de faire payer plus de 200€ à ma fille). En France nous avons Brico-Phone qui vende ces kits. De plus il y a un tutoriel pour vous expliquer comment faire. Ça revient vraiment nettement moins cher.

its not pure saphire glass you check other reviews from other users that the lens is not pure saphire glass so like it or not u need to put a better lens protector for your iphone for good quality camera which have better protection
I tried the floss but it still didn’t work! The tweezers just slid on the lens protector. If there’s anything i am “thankful” is that the ones getting scratched are items not from my phone 😅

I didn’t use any of the mentioned methods, instead I have a sewing kit with me, therefore I used the thread & job done.
The lens cover that I had came from china, I installed the new ones from Japan.
when I put those lenses , I found it really bad , then i tried to get them out , I took off the first then the second smoothly but the third one , i took it off with the original lens , its glue was strong 😞
I'm so sorry to hear that. Those cheap lenses are destructive and do not bring any value to the actual camera lenses. I really hated them the moment I've put them on my camera lenses. Hope you can fix your original lens bro.

These low quality camera protectors are pretty bad.
Totem is the best I've found till now. Protected by AGC with sapphire coating. No loss in quality also.
