Congrats!! It's good to see how different jurisdictions do. Like, everything had to be plain. Belt, cufflinks, socks, shoes. Our shirts were ordered by the jurisdiction so when they gave it to us, they kept the collar and the studs until the ordination service. Our shirt came with removable cuffs but we had to use the black for ordination. This was just 2 yrs ago!

The head adjutant pretty much gave us a checklist of everything we needed and checked in before convocation to make sure we had everything we needed. So we were responsible for getting our own. I was told afterwards that I was the only one that had the right shirt but however I’m just glad to be here.
Since we are all COGIC. Protocol states in the manual that Civic Attire (Class B) is uninterrupted black. The collar is the only thing that should be white. So white on the cuff is not protocol. Be blessed

I got ordained in 18 and and this took me back. I'm in Louisiana Central Jurisdiction under Bishop Gatlin and Supervisor Rabb.

Me and now ex-husband got ordained together but I continued God's work and he didn't. Continue to be the man that God had called you to be. God bless
This is the problem we are laying hands on elementary students in the gospel when they're not season and they're not ready have people that making themselves bishops don't even have a jurisdiction or nothing they are over everybody wants a opportunity to be some kind of big person in the church just be s a v e
