    • @HatchingTime
      @HatchingTime  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The incubators are set up to be used with 110v . They can be special ordered for 220v with a lead time of abut 8 weeks. If you have additional questions, you can contact our Customer Support Team by emailing support@hatchingtime.com

    Do you even gotta add water to the bottom container? I’ve had my incubator a month and I’ve never used the tray and I’ve hatched 20 chicks out no problem

      Hello! You do not need to have your humidity tray filled, but it does need to be left inside the incubator even when it is not in use. We recommend filling one channel of the tray if the room the incubator is in is below 50% humidity. If it is above 50%, you can leave it empty.

      @@HatchingTime how come the tray has to stay in the incubator? Will it mess the incubator up if it don’t have water in the tray while running?

    • @HatchingTime
      @HatchingTime  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The tray has to remain in the incubator because your unit is calibrated to every part, including the setting trays. However, you do not need to have water in the tray for your incubator to function correctly. You can contact our Customer Support line at (800) 511-1369 with any additional concerns you have.

    How do your Jumbo Pharaoh eggs fare without the quail racks? I don't know if I need to get them or not...

    • @HatchingTime
      @HatchingTime  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the eggs are larger than 14 grams, we do not recommend the quail racks. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at: (800) 511-1369 or my email: info@hatchingtime.com

    You mentioned that you needed to open the incubator every two days to add water in the 15 day?

    • @HatchingTime
      @HatchingTime  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This will depend on the humidity of the room you are incubating in. The internal removable tray reservoir is supplemental to the external Humisonic humidifier that self regulates the humidity within. If you live in an area with high humidity, you may not need to fill the inside tray reservoir as frequently.

      @@HatchingTime do you add cold warm or hot water

    • @HatchingTime
      @HatchingTime  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can add either but for the top tank, we recommend distilled water.
