Recruiting units off the map is one of my favorite things in this game, wish more HoMM-likes had mechanics like this.

After making that Fort Noro map (I'm LordCameron) I was inspired to start work on a new Homm3 map from ground up. But then your videos inspired me to start playing the Homm2 campaign, and now I can't go back to the ugly unfriendly game. Homm2 is so beautiful, and it feels like home. Absolutely loving these videos.

You can navigate between build screens while in them with the little arrows in the bottom left and right corners. Saves a lot of clicks when looking for cheap stuff to build in multiple towns

Keep in mind with Xanadu that Attack and Defence are twice as good in Heroes 2, and Power is basically twice as good given the way spells scale relative to HP.
Yes, it gives the same strength as the library. Even knowledge is more powerful because spells are just a lot more expensive in 3 (the higher levels especially).

Why do you get turned away from Arenas in Hom2?
You get turned away if your skills are on a to high level. If you go to arena with a low skilled hero, you get your skill boost.
I can't play this map on Fheroes2, is there anyting else I should do besides copy the map archive in the MAPS folder of the game?
