Hey man! Having watched all of your Heroes series (and some other ones as well) multiple times - I'd say no need to rush, take however much time you need, no need to sacrifice the series :)

I'm going to echo what another commenter said - wheather you use tp, dimension door and the like should be completely be up to what makes you enjoy the game more. We can wait for bew episodes if need be.
Jesus, I have been trying to find a homm player I can watch that speaks English. The first day I see him, he says he is going to go byebye. This is great.

Cheese is love, cheese is life... nothing wrong with abusing op spells from time to time, especially if you normally limit yourself. 'Cry havoc and let slip the interdimensional hounds,' as a certain bard might say :)

Whether or not you use Town Portal, don't rush out to get it finished. Always better to have something to look back on with pride. Better for your future viewers as well who won't notice the gap.
Obviously it will be tricky to get started up a month later and remember what you were doing, but if you're just rushing to the finish now, you won't be able to stop and smell the roses, and everyone will "suffer" for it.
This is my favourite channel, you're a joy to listen to and have helped me improve my own homm3 gameplay! I'm sad you'll be taking a break but I will definitely be here when you return!! ❤❤

In regards to whether you should use Town Portal and Dimension door, I think it's fine.
This seems like a really big map and would take forever to travel from one side to another; I imagine the NPCs won't be casting the spells; and I'd rather see you be aggressive than defensive.

fHeroes AI uses them on highest difficulty and it's terrifying.
imo there's no need for it. I quite like seeing him use multiple heroes each taking on a different player and progressing their part of the map individually rather than hopping everywhere with the strongest hero.
There's no need to restart a fight to give the AI a "chance to cast spells". It always does. You're only giving yourself a chance to cast spells since you have it disabled in autocombat.
When, as a kid, I would leave uneaten food on my plate my Mum would whack me with a wooden spoon and give me a mini lecture about 3rd World countries and famine...
Seeing all of the loot and monsters left on any map gives me the wooden spoon PTSD vibes... If you don't want to go full hog, you have my full blessing to use the travel spells to clear up the map - let's face it your enemies are not all defeated, but pretty much confined.
Sorry you have to be away, just hope it's for a reason that's pleasant or beneficial for you. Take care out there.
Maybe DO use town portal or dimension door BUT dont cheese it too much. Some middle ground. Waiting until after your break should be okay, no need to rush the map. Its super cool to watch you play...!!!
Enjoy your break, I look forward to the next episode. I love watching your videos, and to get a good soundtrack on what you plan and how you think when playing. You don't rush your play and never cheat, so keep it like that. Better to take a break than to demolish your style of playing :-)
tbh if you allow yourself to use spawn elemental spell (which also very op), then using tp shouldn't be a problem as well

Definitely would love to see you allow top tier spells when you see one of the kind. if someone dimension-doors into neighborhood, you get to use town portal etc.
I'd see it the fairest compromise.

I think you can take as many breaks as you want, just try not to go on full 'indefinite hiatus' mode. Really enjoying both types of Heroes contents so far. Plus, I really appreciate the little wordplays in the titles and thumbnails. "Straker Strikes! Heavy Losses", "A Mage Walks Into a Dragon Utopia", "Edric on a Mini-Crusade" and probably my favorite: "We Reap What We Slow". I think even the "D-Day" in this video is a pun. Keep up the good work.

I'd love to see a story based map. HoMM 2 has those in plenty. I love to hear you think and read the situation, and I think some of those would throw a nice little challenge. Some of 'em feel like they are a little busted. Take a good rest, though!
I've been looking for Story-based maps, especially those that can or must be beat with only one hero. Do you have any suggestions?

It is challenging, but you can either find the hero from the seas and main that, or just stick with what ya got. I suggest it with more heroes though, you'll be getting mizbins through "story purposes".

Is the underworld a thing in homm2 or does that come only in homm3? Also you made a video where you ranked the homm2 towns and factions, will you do this with the homm3 factions and towns aswell?
Only in HoMM3. I'm not currently planning to do a HoMM3 town ranking, there are so many criteria you could rank them by and it would inevitably be controversial

Hi! You think you could play the HotA map "A cold day in hell"? I don't think you have a playthrough of it, but I could ofc be wrong. AI get a ton of stats and its really painful trying to beat them...

Man you make alot of mistakes moving so fast, talking 100mph and moving without thinking, why can't you just enjoy the game instead of worrying about the time your taking playing😐
I have been trying to watch you play homm3 but its frustrating to watch, you move and talk so fast I can never tell what's going on, and you always skip stuff, and you fight scared, it's just a game man, you act like you're going to die lol, just take some chances some times jeez😐
