Do you ever use Torque Stick with your impact guns? I have heard that they are accurate in limiting torque and noticed there is one made by Ken-Tool that has a 475 ft-lb limit available for class 8 trucks. I use a manual torque wrench but do not do the volume that you guys do.
I'm a diesel mechanic and I haven't used torque sticks since I worked for Ford in 1999. I have a giant torque wrench from snap on tool check torque on wheel bearings and other stuff.
That’s some thorough work there. Never seen two-tone brake shoes like that before.
Super bananas split
Pretty standard way of doing things. Still waiting to see how you measure and adjust toe in of the front tires/wheels. Good workmanship though!
They send it to the alignment shop or maybe do it themselves, it's boring trust me, all lasers and computers now

They work, but a torque wrench is required. So is it worth it? I don't think so.
