ANS:- Wait for 2 bank working days, either payment will get success or paid amount will be revert back to your account.
2. How to check whether payment was done to our enrollment number?
ANS:- Call student grievance number and get clarified (04144-238610, 238044/45/46/47)
3. Payment Success, but not able to take receipt?
ANS:- Contact nearest study centre or email to grievance cell (auddegrievance@gmail.com) there you can get the receipt.

1. If transcript needed student was presently in abroad means-that process was different.
2. If transcript needed student was presently in india means-that process was some how easy (but student has to come to university in person).

I just sent a mail regarding this and got response that i should apply for duplicate Tc and pay ₹.800/- and that receipt to be sent to that mail id nu mentioned . Should i pay that bez i not missed, i did not received. Any how i tried but i shows tat website is not secured, all your information will be visible to all nu coming if i try.

How to apply duplicate TC video of channel (copy the link and paste in TH-cam), follow the video to pay online and to get duplicate TC.
1.No problem-the page shows like that only (bank payment page was a secured one-so don't worry), just pay the fees through online by using ATM Card or by NetBanking as ur wish.
Follow the instructions given in the video.
2. Sometimes more students doesn't know the TC, but they will have it with them. Check the below video i have shown a TC model, check once with ur documents and then u pay the fees for duplicate TC.

Fees payment was only via online.
After fees payment u have send a request letter via post. Attach the necessary documents, fees paid receipt and request letter.

If 2nd time paid means...
Refund process was big and it needs a regular follow up.
Then only u get refund.
Mention clearly that u have paid 2 times of the fees and send a email to the following mail id and also mention the bank transaction number with date in the email.

Hello Sir, I am from Mumbai, I am chasing challenge to get information about my genuineness certificate. No one is answering to calls neither responding to email. I have personally visited to university on 19/10/2023 and did all the formalities offline. I would appreciate if you could help me 🙏

* No option to track the status of Genuineness certificate.
* Normal processing time for Genuineness certificate was 1 month + postal delays.
* Now, Nov and Dec months was exam time for on-campus and off-campus exams, mostly no one will answer you.
* U directly visited means, FastTrack option available, if paid fees for the that means, u can get on the same itself/ within 2nd day of apply. I don't why no one was guided you for that.
My guess, Mostly u will get it by Next month DEC mid.

D.D. Payment was not accepted (i think so), only online payment and digital payment was accepted.
Fees will be Rs.1,040/- to Rs. Rs. 1,440/- based on your year of degree completion.

In annamalai university no special form available for genuiness.
A request letter is enough.

I have tried payment cridit card , at least 10 times but transaction failed massage come. What's problem.. am in dubai.
If ICICI gateway not working means try BILLDESK gateway mode.
If icici payment mode selected means, some times server busy error occurs(mostly in month starting days and also in month end days).
Use billdesk mode and try payment (applicable charges will come in billdesk mode according to ur payment amount)

Hello sir, I have few queries. I am a 2020 bsc interior design graduate from annamalai university and I wish to enroll myself for msc program in MG university, Kerala. They say it's not possible to give equivalency/ eligibility certificate for annamalai dde programme, but my programme is basically twinning programme. So will this genuineness certificate help me to take admission there. And regarding requisition letter, should I approach the corresponding university or request from my end would do?
If there are other formalities, kindly let me know.

Equivalent certificate is different and Genuiness Certificate is different, both are not same.
Genuiness certificate used for the purpose of verification(whether u are the student who studied this course).
Equivalent Certificate will be issued for the purpose of Equivalent degree
(eg:- B.COM COMPUTER APPLICATION was EQUIVALENT to B.COM Degree like wise)
[I think, (not sure) kerala university expecting B.Sc Interior Design equivalent to B.sc Degree.]

For any certificates, i have added a link to download requisition letter format in description of all video.
Requisition letter should be submitted from ur side only along with online payment receipt and send it to university by post and also through email.
If u need in a faster manner, there is option fastrack method. Extra fees should be paid for the fastrack and attach the receipt along with request letter.
No other formalities.
For equivalent certificate u have make request to the director, for the procedure call student grievance number 04144-238610 for further informations.

A simple form of request letter in formal way is enough.
