Explanation 2 of Section 7 where special right to the present possession of movable property is given also includes FINDER OF GOODS (anyone who found any item and does'nt know the owner but he himself is also not the owner of such lost good/item/thing) and FINDER OF GOODS can be compelled u/s 7 SRA to give back such movable property once the owner of such property is ascertained .

Hello sir is there we can file a suit under section 7 against the ower and claim money as a alternate compensation like in sec 8 we can not file a suit against owner and not claim compensation but can we do these in section 7 of this act.

Entitled - it is related with some relief.
Owner - the actual owner in whose name the property is registered.
Possession - a mere possession which might be in possession of real owner or with other person's like lessee, tenant etc
