      😉
let us hope the management vows to pass it's own ethics education, provide 100% whistleblower protection and ensures staff's fundamental human rights are met - beyond the commercial expectations.
This would set a great example to other companies and contribute to a new American dream😊🙏

Workers did their job, it's not their fault that Boeing filled their board with criminals.

I hate this economic situation where corporations always milk all sides for all they can - the customers and their own workforce. Then when times go bad, they don't have the money to compensate their workers for their fair value in the first place.
And it's obvious that these years of shareholder profit from the preceding decades haven't improved the quality of Boeings product at all.

Wishing the professionals at Boeing the very best finding a third alternative solution in the presence of everyone who wishes to take part in their business, while respecting the laws of the lands in which they operate, not least whistleblowing🙏

last 10 years total hike of less then 10%, its to make up for that loss of hike, and then some for the future inflation etc, keep in mind this is for seattle one of the expensive areas to live in as well.

Those of us that work in this industry and have for a long time did so because of the benefits and the Pension. We want to be able to retire not die on the line. Then they just erased it. The cost and loss that Boeing has spent not wanting to give their workers a fair contract would have paid for the entire contract.

Ahhhh signing bonus and wage increases puts you in higher tax bracket which equates to higher taxes. In reality you are not receiving that 7,000.00 one time signing bonus maybe 3500.00 because it is complied with your regular paycheck, than if you worked overtime you are in another higher tax bracket. What looks good on paper is not what's in your hands. Factor in cost of living, inflation ( manipulated by the u s government and financial institutions) debts/ liabilities you might have received crumbs than no pensions that pretty much mean no future in this country of ameruca. United States government and corporations are really looking out for the people sad......😡🤔

If you can not figure out how to fund the pension try some or all of these things.
    1. fix the COLA to regionally calculated
    2. 20% GWI day one then 8,7,5
    3. 8% automatic 401k contribution
    4. 8% 100% 401k match
    5. 4% Christmas bonus in November not a ampp in February
    6. Increase Paid time off by 25%
    7. 1 LWOP every 30 days
    8. Increase college program to 100% of top 10 Boeing desired degrees.
    9. Increase 401k choice to 20 different index funds.
    10. 15K cash only signing bonus.
    11. Have all the things be applied to all overtime hrs.

The US aerospace at Boeing should just go ahead and say we're closing up doors and going out of business and put them all on the unemployment line and ending any severance or retirement pay and file bankruptcy
