In Rajasthan or anywhere temperature outside may be greater than 40 or nearing fifty. But that is not the case inside this fridge. The fridge is created for cooling. So no toxic gas will come. When the temperature iside the fridge increases , toxic gas will definitely come from the inside wall . Remove the. Inside lining and line it with metal or wood. Plastic is not good for health when heated even if we cannot see the gases.

Thank for your valuable comments. I have great concern on your comment. I'm not sure about toxic fumes which can be produced the temperature between 40 - 60 as l have no solid evidence to provide. I refer the temperature of Rajasthan, because, even in new fridge(not connected with power) stored in the @51° atmospheric temperature may have the same phenomenon as you stated in your coments. For a sincere results we will have to go through the MSDS (Material safety data sheet) of the PVC used in the fridge and it's not possible. If there's chance for that, we may have to avoid consumables. I made this for my own use to dry my agricultural products like nutmeg etc. as a small dryer cost me more than 50 thousand which is not affordable.
I request all my viewers to take all comments posted in a true spirit.

ഐഡിയ നല്ലത് തന്നെ. പക്ഷേ Fridge ൻ്റേ inside plastic ആണ്. ചൂട് തട്ടിയാൽ plastic il നിന്നും തീർച്ചയായും toxic gases വരും. അത് തീർച്ചയായും നമ്മുടെ ഉണക്കനിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന fruits or vegetables വലിച്ചെടുക്കും. അത് ഹാനികരമാണ്. അതുപോലെ പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് container സിൽ ഉണക്കാൻ വെക്കരുത്. ഒരു തടിപ്പെട്ടി യാണ് കുറച്ചുകൂടി നല്ലത്.
അടിയിൽ automatic iron on aaki വെച്ചാൽ തനിയെ ഓൺ ആകുകയും ഓഫ് ആകുകയും ചെയ്യും. ബൾബ് ഫ്യൂസ് ആകുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാം..
Humidity controller വെക്കാൻ സാധിക്കില്ലെ ?
ഇത്തരത്തിൽ പഴയ വസ്തുക്കൾ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് നല്ല കാര്യം തന്നെ. അനുമോദനങ്ങൾ.

Fan circulate inside air. ( It should not suck air from outside) Temperature from two bulbs and the humidity produced during rise of temperature should blowing upward and should escape through the vent provided on top of fridge.

ഞാൻ ഒരു പഴയ ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് വാങ്ങി കോൺവെർട്ട് ചെയ്തു. അവസാനം പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് എല്ലാം മാറ്റി ടിൻ ഷീറ്റ് ആക്കി. ജോലി കൂലി എല്ലാം കൂടി മൊത്തം മെനക്കേട് ആണ്. കാശു വേസ്റ്റ് ആകും. 1/2" സ്‌ക്വർ പൈപ്പ് ൽ വെൽഡ് ചെയ്ത് ഫ്രെയിം ഉണ്ടാക്കി എടുക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത്. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ കൺവെർട്ട് ചെയ്തു. Working ok. ഏകദേശം 12k Rs ആകും.

ഇതിൽ മീറ്റ് ഉണക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും. രണ്ട് 100watt ബൾബ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് 180L fridge ബോഡിക്കുള്ളിൽ മാക്സിമം 60 ഡിഗ്രി ചൂട് കിട്ടു കയുള്ളൂ. ഈ ചൂടിൽ എന്തും നമുക്ക് ഉണക്കി എടുക്കാം. കട്ടി കുറച്ച് അരിഞ്ഞ് ഒന്നിനൊന്ന് തൊടാതെ ഗ്രില്ലിൽ നിരത്തി വെച്ചാൽ മിക്കവാറും 4 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് ഉണങ്ങി കിട്ടും.

40 മുതൽ 60 വരെ ചൂട് കിട്ടിയാൽ മതി. അത് ഈ ബൾബ് കത്തിയാൽ കിട്ടും. അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ചൂട് ആവശ്യം വരില്ല. പിന്നെ പലരും സൂചിപ്പിച്ച പോലെ പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് കൂടുതൽ ചൂടാകുന്നത് നല്ലതല്ല.

👆നല്ല idea!. Auto temperature set operation ആയാൽ വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് 👍.എന്റെ പഴയ ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് ഇങ്ങനെ മാറ്റാൻ നോക്കാം. പുതിയത് വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ പഴയതിനു 750രൂപ xchange price പറഞ്ഞതാണ്. Work ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആയ കൊണ്ട് കൊടുത്തില്ല.

Fridge ന്റെ inner lining cut ചെയ്ത് ഒരു ss sheet ആക്കി മാറ്റിയാൽ ഒരു Dryer വാങ്ങുന്നതിന്റെ cost ആകും. സാധാരണ കേരളത്തിൽ atmospheric temperature 30 - 40 ആണ് . ഇതിലാണ് നമ്മൾ എല്ലാം ഉണക്കി എടുക്കുന്നത്. ചൂട് direct ഏൽക്കുമ്പോൾ ജലാംശം നീരാവിയായി പോകുന്നു. ഇത് തന്നെയാണ് bulbs ന്റെയും fan ന്റെയും സഹായത്തോടെ നമ്മൾ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. Fridge ന്റെ ഉൾവശം ഒരു flask പോലെയാണ്. ചൂടായാലും തണുപ്പായാലും പുറത്തേക്ക് വിടില്ല. ഇവിടെ മുകളിൽ hole ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാരണത്താലും thermostat ഉള്ള തി നാലും ഒരു നിശ്ചിത ചൂടിനേക്കാളും മുകളിൽ പോകില്ല.

ഉണക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും. സാധാരണ നാട്ടിൽ വിൽക്കുന്ന drayer ന്റെ ഒരു technology ൽ ആണ് ഇത് നിർമിച്ചത്. എനിക്ക് ഇതിന്റെ business ഇല്ല. എന്റെ നമ്പർ 9495331640

No temperature controller, no fan, no bulbs needed ,, place an automatic iron box of 1000w or less at the bottom upside down, make some holes at top for escape of moisture, set the heat controlling knob at medium level ,, load maximum items from bottom to top according to sizes. Heat always travels from bottom to top , so, fan not required. Can incubate eggs too ,,

പറ്റും. Temperature 60 ൽ വെച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നാല് ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് ഉണങ്ങി കിട്ടും.

ഇതിൽ ഇപ്പോ 100watt ന്റെ 2 bulb, 20watt fan ആകെ 220watt. 5 ദിവസം വേണ്ടി വരും. പിന്നെ temperature set ചെയ്യുന്ന കാരണത്താൽ എല്ലായിപ്പോഴും bulbs on ആയിക്കിടക്കില്ല. kWh meeter വെച്ച് നോക്കേണ്ടിവരും.🙏
