I forget sometimes that some cultures don't usually eat spicy things. The Hot Tamales you spit out are my favorite! I buy 5lb. bags of them from Amazon.

I have to admit the no slushes in petrol station because of the weather comment made me laugh. Here in Canada slushies are an all year round thing, good at 40°C but also fantastic at -30°C. 😋

I love watching you both giddy and laughing over the "children" candy! Those type of candies I would always buy for my daughters Christmas stockings! They would have a blast but usually never finished them! They definitely aren't bought for quality but for joy. I've been having a really rough patch lately so TYVM for making me smile and have good memories!

I love Snapple Mango Madness and the Apple Snapple, but being a diabetic I haven't had one in years, just thinking about them makes my mouth water just a bit. Now for Jelly Belly Jelly Beans my favorite flavors are buttered popcorn and pear and cinnamon, yum. I'm old ... LOL, I've never tried toxic waste, but watching your reactions, I'm guessing i never will. Oh and by the way, I'm a Southern California girl, living about a mile to the ocean I'll admit it's wonderful, and of course being able to drive up to the mountains is pretty great especially after living for 33 years in Connecticut on the opposite coast and having way more snow than I ever wanted. Thanks for sharing, you two are so fun, I just love ya.

Big League Chew is so nostalgic for me. I used to get it every Friday night when my older brother played baseball when I was a kid. That and war heads just came out around that time and I would have war heads wars.

Loved your video as always! You were right about Big Gulps being at 7-11. But the Big Gulps are large sodas and the slushees are called Slurpees.
I love grape Big League Chew and tend to buy it and eat it more like candy than gum...probably not the healthiest thing to do. I use to love grape Bubble Tape, but they stopped making it. I can't remember if I've had the strawberry one, but the watermelon is very good as well.

In my opinion the Icee slushies are a slightly different flavor than the Slurpee flavors from 7-Eleven. I did loads of taste testing of both throughout my childhood. : )
Loved Big League chew as a kid....always made feel like a professional baseball player with a big chunk of chew haha. So many great treats in this box! Loved your American accents!

I could be wrong but I believe Icee is the most well known brand of slush beverage in the US and that is what the majority of places that sell slush beverages, like movie theaters, carry. Some places that sell slush beverages just call them Slushies, not Icees, (usually because what they sell is not from the official Icee brand) and 7-Eleven sells Slurpees which are exclusive to 7-Eleven stores (you cannot buy Slurpees anywhere but at 7-Eleven). Big Gulp is the name 7-Eleven gives their 32-ounce cups of self-serve soft drinks (I'm assuming that they are not available now because of the virus but 7-Eleven locations in the US, and maybe other parts of the world as well, have machines that dispense soda and you pour the soda into a cup yourself instead of someone pouring it for you). Fun fact: 7-Eleven used to have (I do not think they currently have this because of the virus) a Bring Your Own Cup day. Every year on a specific day, customers could bring a container (something leak-proof, safe, and sanitary that fit inside an in-store display cutout) to fill up with as much Slurpee as their container could hold and they would only be charged about $1.49.
I live in San Diego and once went up to the mountain town of Julian to play in the snow, and drove to La Jolla Beach afterwards.

I live 10-15 minutes away from Chino, CA. The two closest TGI Fridays that I grew up with closed, but there are still some in California. I’ve been to one in Taiwan years ago. The quality was not the same.

Now I want to see their reactions when they fry the little wheels.I know they'd get a kick out of watching them puff up. They cook so fast! I used to love making these as a kid and adding my own seasonings (my favorite was dusting them with cinnamon sugar) I really hope they give them a try, they're so good fresh. I can't eat them as much now as the oil tends to give me bad heartburn. 😫
I have never tried those duros before but they looked tasty. The only duros I've had are from the corn man. They are little bigger and served in a plastic bag. One had the choice to add chili and lime and they give it a different taste that is absolutely yummy. There is another version of duros that is different, it is one of my favorite snacks to eat when I go to Mexico. It is one big flat duro topped with several ingredients such as mayo, lettuce, cucumber, Japanese peanuts and a few other things I cannot recall. And it pairs perfectly with a coke.

The Toxic Waste is kind of like Warheads...after the sour part, the inside of the candy is sweet and more normal. I remember as a kid, if I couldn't handle it, I would rinse the outside sour part off and then eat it, haha.
We tried one again for an Instagram story and we actually managed to get to that sweet part. I have never got to that bit before. It was so nice. Haha no way! Such a great idea

Maybe they can't call them Scooby snacks because there already was Scooby snacks? Back in the late 90s (in Canada) there were the little fruit snacks (almost similar to gushers or Welch's fruit snacks) and they were called scooby snacks... they were pretty colors and so delicious!!!
Those fruit Scooby snacks are still sold in my grocery store (California)

Same! There was one particular bubble tape that was watermelon and came in a flat edged container instead of the rounded edged containers. Not sure what brand it was but it was amazing and I'd chew the whole roll. Best watermelon gum ever but it hasn't existed in like 20 years =(

Personally don't have a problem with your doing our American accents. I doubt my British accent would be as good as some of your accents are. Some are awful but I know it's all in fun.
